As far as I know, you can get a Ralts only from the first one so there's nothing special about the second. It might be a bug that's known already.

Download the latest patch and see if it works.

Download the latest patch from the main page of rejuvenation. Copy all the contents of the patch to your rejuvenation folder by selecting replace all and then merge in.

Go down to the main train station and talk to that shop owner situated in that alleyway. You will get it after those two peoples tell you and you talk with a people situated by the door of that apartment outside. (I mean who comes out of the nightmare city in gift box)

Please avoid double posting as much as you can. Be sure to check this http://www.rebornevo.com/forum/index.php?/guidelines/ Froakie is best with protean ability. You might also choose Torchic which has advantages in the first few gyms but the choice is yours.

More tips: Do as much as sidequests you can (Always keep pokesnacks in your bag) Keep common candies with you. Battle and talk with everyone. You seem familiar to me.

You will find it more dark once you go through the story. But it's pretty good game.
