If i remember well you need to do all Garret sidequest first, after defeat at least 5 elit trainers you need to go outside of the fight club and two trainers will be outside waiting for you and this activate a sidequest at the end of the sidequest, the reward is also if you defeat amelia you can talk to her and she will give you something they are all the ones you can fight, you have also the battle simulator at the manor more trainers but no credit as reward xd

if they don't have a everstone, yes, they will evolve ^^ (have see it with phantum and pumpkaboo at least)

there is one hidden on a stone in hardened mountain, close to a entrance if i remember well is like reborn (not sure if the same rate i think that is a bit lower than in reborn but still more chance than in normal games) also you can paint your pokemons shiny with a paint jar ^^

well, i wasn't planing on a monotype, just wanted to name the pokes i have already trained that can may can make good use of rain, also this is the main reason that i ask for help cuz my last pokemon game before reborn was hg/ss and i have never done competitive things like breeding or ev train before and i really don't know too well all the pokes/skill/moves, (still learning! ^^) so i end up only thinking on water/electric type mons and fire/grass for rain/sunny will add to the main post my other trained pokes, may one of them can be usefull don't know xd Also thanks everyone! ^^

I think that surfing on azurine lake you can find plenty tentacools/tentacruels ? Not really sure if you use the power item for spdef while defeating mons for other stat you will probably fill spdef first
