I have no idea why people loves recovery moves when they are not playing competitive. Aromatheraphy is another thing, but we've got items to save that last slot for better moves. And using items is always prioritized. If your pokemon is set to be glass canon build (atk / sp atk + spd) then it's better to have coverage moves rather than stat changes. Since E18 will contains USUM (I think), change that bulk up into thunder punch. I think Alomomola is better with Wide Guard to help in double battle. Your alomomola has a lot of hp and build def + sp def with leftover. Why not adding aqua ring? Since I think you use scald to get that burn, you should change that wish into wide guard or aqua ring.

How do you know gun works on Pokemon? On Aggron whose body is made of Steel? I remember having a story idea involves on Human getting terror by Pokemon because they're really huge and really heavy. Then human makes a dangerous invention called Pokeball, which not only make Pokemon powerless against human but also inducing brainwashing and that pokeball works on human too. I'm sad to say I don't think that way because Pokemon Reborn isn't about level cap. You'll either end up fainted, or your pokemon level up and started ignoring you in middle of battle then fainted. You need to have at least one proper pokemon to fight their type and/or on their field.

Toxicroak - Sucker Punch - Drain Punch - Poison Jab - Swagger / whatever Galvantula - Sticky Web (lower speed every pokemon out) - Thunder Wave (halves speed, 50% chance not attacking) - Bug Buzz - Discharge Venusaur (Chlorophyll) - Sleep Powder - Sunny Day (ups speed and for 1 turn solar beam) - Solar Beam - Leech Seed / whatever Though I'm not sure how good these pokemon against Terra. I think Venusaur and Galvantula have chance.

You've got Typhlosion and Sceptile, Luna should be a walk in a park for you. I don't think you should bring 2 grass type (Roserade and Sceptile) in your team. Crobat is my favorite in my last poison run, but I didn't use it on this new run. It had a good speed but its attack is kinda lacking. I recommend Escavalier with Atk and Sp Def to become wall along with Swampert. I like building Escavalier with Sp Def instead because he knows Iron Defense. Meowstic is nice, but a status move is better than putting Light Screen or Reflect. Pokemon with sleep powder or thunder wave is actually really great. I have a Lilligant, she is a nightmare, all you had to do is sleep, quiver dance till max, then demolish all your opponent with either energy ball, dream eater, or other special moves you'd like her to learn. Dream Eater is especially a nasty draining moves. And last but not least, Never forget to spam healing and revives

I never see a MC without personality as a problem before. In fact, I probably like it better since I can form my own thought on event and not dictated on what I should think or feel. I think it's just a matter of preference.

I can't say for other people but my main team is usually a pokemon currently is the best move base, stat base and coverage of types. I usually have 3 sweeper, 2 wall and 1 low level to absorb the exp so they don't level up in middle of battle so I can fight them in max level. While you have a lot of good potential pokemon, I don't really know its build. A lot of moves in pokemon is interesting such as return (power based on happiness), and interesting strat like sleep powder - dream eater combo to make your powerful drainer pokemon while making your opponent can't do anything. And there's always strategy of focus sash - destiny bond for you to use to beat a God pokemon. And since you'll have more money the more you have badge, I'm sure you can outrevive all your opponent so just play whatever you want.
