    Writing motivation letters is tough. There's a thin line between talking too much about yourself and just enough about your future employer and yourself. And I need to be careful to not only talk about why they can help me build a career but also about why I am of great significance for the company and why I can help them. And it shouldn't be too long. Sigh

I noticed that sometimes you use certain colours for the text that kind of blend in with the background, which makes it difficult if not impossible to read.     @sdddf4 you can find Frillish (or its evolution, at least) in the underwater cities (where those apartments have F, S or K keys)

    Like @FactoryofSadness said, check out Shade's gym for steel types! You can also use a Camerupt for ground moves. You get Numel when it's raining. It is next to the train station iirc. Or you can look for other ground types from under the grand stairway.

    What I would do is get rid of Serperior (for this fight). I reckon every hit it takes is an OHKO thanks to its typing. Maybe look for a Woobat and evolve it into a Swoobat so you can use psychic attacks. Noibat might also be too fragile for this battle since it really only becomes useful after having evolved And you are right to think that those are unobtainable at that point in the story.

    One thing that really helped me out was Sand Tomb. It drops accuracy for the opponent and if you give the mon using it a metronome, you'll tear through her. Especially since Sand Tomb gets boosted by her field
