I had to restart this project due to losing files but I can now say that the progress is back to when I lost the files!

the pulse project wasn't originally team meteor's. Before the freak accident with the magnezone in ametrine which created ZEL, it was a well-intentioned project designed to help pokémon reach their true potential and possibly cure diseases, but when the creator fused with a meteor admin, she had no choice but to use it for team meteor's plans.

in pokémon essentials ,for some reason instead of going HP,Attack,Defense,Sp. Attack,Sp. Defense,Speed like everywhere else. It goes HP,Attack,Defense,Speed,Sp.Attack,Sp.Defense. Don't worry ,it's a common mistake that almost everyone makes.

Also there is a way to resize pixel art without it becoming blurry. You can use "Nearest Neighbor" resampling instead of bilinear or anything else and resize exactly 2 times the pixels in each dimension. This will upscale without blurring. When I started making pixel art I also had the blurring problem, took me a heckuva long time to figure it out. I started revamping my badges to be more like the ones from Reborn/Rejuvenation. Here's the first 2. Here's the third one,(Looks a little weird in Reborn style, but I imagine that when Gina was asked by the League to design her badge she scribbled a little ghost pulling it's tongue, which the League tried to make it fit as best as they could with the standard design aesthetics of the other badges.)

I have no idea how to make a competitive team but I would like to have one based on Diancie. But, as I say, i have absolutely no clue where to even start.
