  1. Okay, so with all the Steven Universe references in a lot of the sprites, I decided to make one dedicated to the big bad Diamonds themselves! Okay, so that's all I have for now, but the female sprite, backsprite and mega will probably come soon-ish.
  2. Here is my entry for the Togepi contest-thingy. (Feels good to do a Pokemon without gender-differences for once.) I doubt this will win, since there are so many great spriters here, but it was fun to make regardless. Also, Steelix is coming soon-ish. (Probably.)
  3. Ambipom is done! It doesn't seem like there's much left to claim, but I'd like to do Steelix next, I have something special planned for it...
  4. Thanks for the kind words! And good thing I can do Politoed and Aipom because I already did. Ambipom will come soon-ish. (Yeah it's a gen 4 mon, but I'm gonna do it now anyways for convenience.)
  5. JK I did something completely different instead. I just sort of got an idea that I felt was too good to pass up. Anyways, here's alien Slugma (and Magcargo). Also I don't think that anyone has claimed these two yet, but if they have, just ignore these sprites.
  6. And the Cyndaquil line is finished! Now, if these get approved, may I do Politoed and Aipom?
  7. When you're in bed and want to grab your phone, but realize it's out of arms reach and give up.

  8. Since I did Clefairy and Clafable in gen 1 I might as well do Cleffa too. And can I do the Cyndaquil line too?
  9. I wouldn't worry TOO much about Steel-types, since you have two Ground-types, one Fighting-type and one Fire-type on your team, but since it can't do anything against them, you will have to make sure that Crobat doesn't become set-up fodder. If you're lacking rain support, I'd suggest simply giving Swampert Rain Dance instead of either Ice Punch or Rock Slide, the ability to outspeed almost everything is worth more then the extra coverage. Also, I don't think your team really needs Fire-type coverage. Since Crobat takes care of Grass and Bug-types. And Mamoswine, Swampert and Breloom takes care of Steel types. The only type Fire beats that you don't have much coverage against is Ice, since you only have Breloom. But Ice-types usually aren't TOO threatening. And if you're using rain, Fire-type attacks won't do much anyways. But if you are looking for a special Fire-type there are many to choose from. Mega-Charizard-Y is the undisputed monarch, and regular Charizard is also decent. Meaning you could switch between Charizard and Swampert as your Mega, meaning there doesn't have to be conflicting weather. Though this means that the one that doesn't Mega Evolve will have to will have to be a kind of weak link, since neither regular Charizard nor Swampert are amazing. Rotom-Heat as you said is also good option. Though it too needs Choice Specs to consistently get KOs. Chandelure has similar speed to Rotom-Heat, but much better Special Attack, so it hits way harder, and doesn't need Choice Specs as much. Delphox is the better fiery fox compared to Ninetales, being slightly faster and with more power. (Disregarding sun) And it also brings Psychic-type coverage. Volcarona is my personal favorite though, and as long as you clear away the Stealth Rocks, it can become an amazing sweeper with Quiver Dance.
  10. Okay, I have a few suggestions for your team: First of all, Crobat only knowing one attacking move can get difficult if you're up against a type that resists Flying. Since the only thing it will be able to is remove hazards and spread Toxic, which doesn't work on Steel-types anyways. Swampert really doesn't work well in the role you have put it in. If you want to use all-out attacking Swampert you really should Mega Evolve it. But if you're running Mega-Swampert you should get rain support to make sure you get the most out of it. A lot of your Pokemon learn Rain Dance including Swampert, and if you don't want to waste a turn setting up rain you should add Pelipper to your team, as it recently got Drizzle in Sun and Moon. Mega-Swampert in the rain is a great sweeper, which your team really lacks outside of Ninetales. Just a suggestion, but Focus Punch works really well on Breloom with Spore, since after you've Spored someone, they're likely to switch out. Meaning you can get a free Focus Punch on the Pokemon they send in. It doesn't work too well in doubles though. Sylveon really, REALLY needs Choice Specs. As a wallbreaker, it needs all the power it can get. And while the versatility of switching moves is nice, you will most likely be spamming Hyper Voice anyways, since a resisted Hyper Voice is actually a bit STRONGER then a neutral Shadow Ball. (Hyper Voice's base power after Pixilate and STAB is 162, more then double of Shadow Balls 80.) And MUCH stronger then Hidden Power. And Wise Glasses is a really bad item regardless. Even if you don't want to use Life Orb or Choice items because of their drawbacks, Expert Belt and Arceus Plates 20% boost is still better then Wise Glasses 10% boost. Never use it. As for Ninetales, if you decide to take my advice and use Mega-Swampert, I would advice against using Ninetales, since conflicting weather on one team is never a good thing. But if you don't, regular Ninetales is still completely outclassed in almost every way by Mega-Charizard Y. (Alolan Ninetales is still good with Snow Warning + Aurora Veil though. In case you really want to use Ninetales.)
  11. Okay, I think I have a few suggestions. First of all, Ninjask: I think that you should drop the investments in Defense and Sp. Defense, as it most likely won't survive hits anyways. Put them into Speed instead to make it into a more effective pivot. You should also give it 4 hp EVs to give it an odd total. That means it can make four substitutes, and survive two switch-ins of Stealth Rocks. You could also consider giving it Swords Dance, which would make pretty much anything it Baton Passes into a deadly sweeper. As for Minior, there is no reason you should run 4 SpA EVs since it doesn't have have any special moves. Put into into Speed instead. Crabominable really isn't a very good Pokemon, and it shares a lot of weaknesses with other members of your team, I think you should replace it. Perhaps to a Rapid Spinner like Starmie since your team is very weak to Stealth Rocks. Finally, I think Mega-Venusaur should run Leech Seed or Toxic, since it gives it something to deal with special walls, and Leech Seed additionally gives it more recovery. Overall though, your team has very many shared weaknesses, especially since three of your Pokemon are Flying type. For example, it has three Pokemon weak to Rock (One double so) and the same three Pokemon all weak to Ice. Venusaur is also weak to Ice before Mega-Evolving, making switch-ins to Ice-types difficult. Your team is also very Physically heavy, with Venusaur as the only Special attacker. This could make it very hard to face Physical walls, like many Steel-types. (Which your team also has a huge weakness to.)
  12. Okay, so I haven't done any competitive battling in forever, but I saw this and thought it would be fun, so I threw a team together and started battling. But I could really use some other people's input to make it as good as it could be! I know that my team is very far from perfect, and that's why I could really use some suggestions to help me. Since you aren't allowed to change Pokemon or Moves, I kind of want it to be the best it can be from the start.
  13. Magikarp and Gyarados are finally done! I made them look like the dimensional rift Gyarados, just a little less demonic. Also Jan, I noticed that Grimer and Muk were credited under MakaTorracat, even though I made them. (That is, if my sprites were accepted, but I think that was the case.) Anyways, it doesn't seem like there's anything left that hasn't already been claimed. So I guess -if they get accepted- these are my last gen 1 sprites.
  14. Hello Sky! I'm new here myself, so it's nice to meet a fellow newbie. Also, I love your choice in Pokemon! Volcarona and Altaria are both Pokemon I really love!
  15. I would like to do Gyarados and Magikarp. It might take a short while though.
  16. A little late, but thanks for the welcome! Thanks for the welcome! And I already have checked out some of the other fan-games, and a lot of them looks really great!
  17. 8/10 - Very cute, but the blue mist around it looks a little spooky.
  18. So, I joined a short while ago, but I haven't made any posts until recently. So I felt like I should make a quick introduction. Hi, my name is Viking and I just joined. I've been playing Pokemon since Black & White and I quite enjoy it even today! I started playing Pokemon Reborn a few months ago and it has been very fun. (Though stupidly difficult.) Anyways, I like to read, watch TV and write. And before anyone asks about my username, it's from a long time ago. It's really stupid, but it has pretty much been my go-to internet name for Pokemon related things. Anyways, I'm hoping I can have a good time here.
  19. Gen 1: Bulbasaur Gen 2: Chikorita Gen 3: Mudkip Gen 4: Tie between Piplup and Turtwig Gen 5: Oshawott Gen 6: Chespin Gen 7: Primarina (I'm not a huge fan of it's earlier forms. But Primarina is really cute.)
  20. Sure! Here are the resized sprites: (Also, you didn't comment on my Clefairy/Clefable sprites. They're on page 5.)
