Yeah, it starts growing exponentially. If I remember right, 400 was one of the circle marks, but I don't know which one is the next hallmark.

Not yet. If I had to hazard a guess, it and Frokie will probably be among the last introduced, since they are usually considered the most powerful/versatile/generally useful.

Reborn Hardcore is a separately developed mod that aims to increase the overall difficulty (especially of the gym leaders). There are two versions: the 'lite' version that only makes team changes and the the 'CoM' version, which adds several features and makes larger changes.

While a less specific reference, I've heard that the Gossip Garevoir interview where Amaria 6-0's the Reborn League opponent that was testing her continued skill (after amnesia) was based on a similar indecent/test in the IRL league.
