Fifteen hours after I made a 'I hope it appears one day' comment here, I found out it was confirmed to be appearing. Little Witch Academia's mecha will be appearing in the Super Robot Wars X-omega (mobile) game! I need to make wishes in internet comment sections more often.
A moot point for me, since I can't play it (and I have no motivation to even if I could, with how many one time event mechs I've already missed in two years). -
It's not a huge thing, but it's something. I'm honestly surprised they re-created it so close (though different weapons all around). I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it showed up in SRW Cross Omega someday (since it has included quite a few robots from non-mecha anime).

I'm just talking the Gainax ones (Gunbuster, Eva, and Gurren Lagan----with Diebuster added for the one year special) here. The starting list for the mobile game was the classics + the popular.
From there, they've been adding a mech or two about every month, with some months getting bigger events. I think it's standard mobile game formula. This game's main draw, however, seems to be that there is no limit to what might show up, as long as it's mecha.
From mecha anime that just won't fit in a normal SRW (Mecha Godzilla, Sakura Wars, and even Super Sentai/Power) and, more recently, mechs from non-mecha shows. While LWA is an example of an actual mech, they've gone as far as adding a mecha from an anime series in the anime (Crayon Shin Chan) or some mechs associated with Idolmaster.
While doubtful, I hope this gets voiced lines (a rarity for this series).

I was looking ahead at attack animations for the final (fourth) Fantasy Maiden Wars game and found out that the Prismriver Sisters get a pretty beautiful combo sometime there. While not always my favorites*, they were memorable for their backstory and for being some of the few with musical powers. And damn, I love this attack's theme.
SpoilerAttack starts at about 45 seconds
After not recognizing the green haired girl with eyes not shown in the event above, I had to look up her name on the Wiki. Turns out that the FMW's team made a completely original and touching side plot about the late 4th sister (who has only been mentioned in Touhou, without even an official character design). If there were any single indication of the FMW's team dedication, this would be one of the main one for me (though I still have more than 3 games of content to look through, so it might change).
*Just to note: A few years ago, I got really into Touhou, though I kind of moved on to other things after a bit. Playing Fantasy Maiden Wars has re-sparked my interest in Touhou, though there honestly isn't that much to catch up on (aside from remembering some characters). Just wanted to say why my last several Status updates have all been Touhou related (though still pertaining to the FMW games).

Finally made it to level 10 of the first FMW game. I had heard that there was an optional boss fight, but I was surprised to find out who popped up: Yuuka (the character from the last status update I posted, though she doesn't have much animation in this game---just two or three basic attacks).
Showing up before her debut in the Touhou storyline, interacting with characters she doesn't in canon, and referencing her original appearance in Touhou 5 (which is among the games declared mostly non-canon in current Touhou lore).....this really is a Super Robot Wars game with Touhou characters and game mechanics.
Thankfully, you don't have to beat her (especially since she watches from behind 2 stationary midbosses). If you want the skill point, you will have to fight her a time or three, though (AKA: sacrifice a number a units for the skill point). Actually destroying her is near impossible at this point in the game (since she retreats at 7,500 HP----or more on Lunatic difficulty---an extremely high damage output this early on).
When looking this up post-mission, it seems the only way to actually beat her at this point is by leveling up at least 4 specific characters to near the level cap (20) via Game Over grinding, invest in certain characters weapons and abilities, and then coat it with a layer of save scumming because of Yuuka's defensive skills and high accuracy. If you actually beat her, she apparently calls the player out for Game Over grinding:
SpoilerAlso, Sakuya continues her DIO references (with THE STRONGEST showing her
spell inducedtoughness). I love the music stopping effect of the attack:Spoiler -
Looking at some of the attack animations in the most recent Fantasy Maiden Wars game (even though I *Very* far away from getting there---if I can find a copy at all). They really made (most of) Yuuka's attacks a mix between beautiful and peaceful:

E.A. continues to uphold it's reputation as a completely irredeemable blight on the gaming industry. Hopefully, all those people will find new jobs, and Bioware hopefully won't be the next studio that E.A. goes Nosferatu on.

At long last, THE STRONGEST⑨ has appeared heroically on the battlefield with an original remix of her theme:
SpoilerTHE STRONGEST Cirno:
SpoilerSpoiler(Forgot a screenshot of the stats, so here is a pic I found from the English patch. Very Dodgy, even without skills , especially since she is the stage's boss and the smallest Size)
