So I've been watching a couple of playthroughs of Rejuvenation. I'll put this is a spoilers box just in case people haven't gotten in this part if Rejuv for some odd reason.
SpoilerIt's the part where Madame X goes to kill you but your mom pushes you out of the way and sacrifices her life for you. A lot of people seem to kind of take it to heart. They'll be in complete shock and even some of them kind of feel sad for a moment. I never understood why people were so like hurt by this moment more (at least from what I've seen) than in Reborn when Corey takes his own life or when Kiki gets killed. Then the Rejuv playthrough I'm currently watching (Sacred if you're interested to watch him on YouTube) and explained it. Right from the start of your journey, while part of it is to take on the league, another part of it was to find your mom and save her. Sure. You get sidetracked with other things. Like trying to save Melia, or the whole mountain stuff in Sheridan Village or the stuff with Marianette. But your journey is still trying to find your mom. And then you finally get to see her and team up and just when you're about to make it out together, she gets killed. And it hurts. Your whole entire journey from the beginning to this point is to find your mom and she's dead now. And it sucks and I can see why people get hurt from it. When you see Corey and Kiki die, it's a shock but you literally JUST met them. (Some) People won't have that connection with their deaths much like the 1 with your mom's death in Rejuv. But now, you have a reason to actually hate the evil team. You have a reason to keep trying to stop their plans. You have a reason to keep getting involved. You want revenge on them for killing the 1 person in your life who's been there for you since day 1. (I know that the team keeps calling her a doll and that it's weird she was able to feel love but I'm keeping it in here... SO YEA!) In Reborn, you just basically get involved. Yes. The train exploding does involve you but you can choose to either try to ignore it and try to enjoy your journey or you can help. Well... Not really choose but you know what I mean. In that scenario, the player just decides to be the good guy and help out. But as the story goes on, if they would then decide to not partake in trying to destroy the evil team any longer, it'd be too late. The bad guys have you on their hate list and will go after you whether you stop or not.
Ok. I feel like I went on a bit of a rant there but I felt like sharing what I think on this matter. So yea. That's it. o.o

So I must admit, I'm all Reborn out. It's great so far but I'm all out of Reborn steam. I wanna do a Rejuvenation Run buuuut the dude who's making my older Bonnie sprites and "other" sprites is busy with life but I'm HOPING that the "other" sprites will be done before the end of the year.

So I recently saw a post that basically asked which is a better game between Reborn and Rejuvenation. And it got me to thinking about something else between the 2. All the places you visit in both games. It's hard to pick 1 for me honestly. Btw, let me clear up that when I say the World Design, I just mean all the wards you visit in Reborn along with the jungles and forests and other places as long as in Rejuvenation. I love the dark looking graphics of the Wards in Reborn when you start off and then as the game continues, it turns into a really beautiful place and everything is fixed. (Btw, I haven't completed E17 but it's ok to say stuff from there) With Rejuvenation, everything already starts off really colorful and the cities look interesting too. I think I'd have to give it to Rejuvenation but by like the smallest hair. Like if I was grading a paper for example, I'd give Rejuvenation's world design a 100 while Reborn would get a 99.9. But if you were to ask me why, I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you. What about you all? Which world design do you all like better?

In the manga, I believe there is a scene (or whatever you call it when it's in a book) where a trainer has his Charmeleon slice a team rocket's Arbok in half. So yea. There's some pretty gruesome stuff that happens in Pokémon.

Can I get a Ditto? IV's don't really matter to me. I'll be up for like another hour and a half/2 hours and then I won't be on here for like 8 hours due to sleep. Haha.

Yay! This is back! Loved reading this! Interesting that you didn't have Litten and Vulpix battle but that also makes the story different so I'm all for it. Can't wait for the next Chapter.
