  1. I get what you are saying and i even thought of that myself, i guess the strength of the buffs can be so not all pokes are equally strong, but that if you want to use, lets say Beautifly because it looks cute and you like it, it won't just be dead weight. Also so if multiplayer becomes available, you won't be seeing just the same pokes over and over.

Im talking more whats mentioned on the list, mostly buffing weaker pokemon (Farfetch'd, etc.) and nerfing 600 stat dragons a bit so they'll fulfill their roles without being OP, basically adding diversity and not ending up with everyone having similar teams. Almost 2 weeks i think , i checked stats, moves and abilities to polish each pokemon's identity. I get the thing about progress, but even pokemon that become obtainable at the same time (lets say Froslass & Delibird or Blaziken and Meganium) show a no-brainer about which to choose, even leading to choose the one you "like less" just because it is extremely better.
  3. I know OP pokemon were made unobtainable, but did the developers consider at some point changing pokemon stats, moves, abilities to "buff" weaker pokemon and/or nerf stronger ones to make every pokemon "usable"? I made a list of buffs/nerfs going from Gen 1 to 6 as example. List:

Im making a test file for the suggested changes (since i just finished Gen 6) Im looking at some pokemon: Banette: I think your idea of using the Doll to evolve it is really neat, but i don't know if it fits with the Normal type, the changes i thought for it are basically transform it into a physical Gengar. Blaziken: I think Moxie will still make it broken, so.. i dk about it, maybe Defiant or Justified? Serperior : Either Regenerator, Wonder Skin, Shed Skin or Unaware would fit its style i think.   6. Hi, i was looking for a Gen 6 database, i tried "Pokemon Essentials 16.2" (in RPG Maker VX Ace) but it seems to end at Gen 5, so it's missing Fairy type, moves, etc. Is there any complete one ?
  7. Thanks!, i'll write suggestions for other gens then. About Delibird, it was the way of making it less bad without breaking it's identity, i thought of 2 changed for it: The said buffs and making it unable to learn any other move but "Present", so it would be kinda usable but still a sort of "joke" pokemon. Or just adjusting it's HP, and making it a Rain Dance/Hail /Substitute /Spikes / (Etc) setter, with swift swim, snow cloak or healer. So support or normal combat pokemon is what i thought. I see the point about Blissey HP, but she also has a extremely good movepool and is more focused into Sp.Def. I agree that some buffs might be too subtle, i focused bigger buffs in the least used (weaker) pokemon. Were you thinking about changing the level in which pokemon evolve?, i think buffs to pokemon like Butterfree could be bigger if the evolved latter, unless you want to keep them slightly weaker to give a reason to change pokemon later on (besides personal prefference) Venomoth already does learn psychic moves though, it could be made into Poison/Psychic, and Butterfree could additionally learn Draining Kiss and/or Moonblast, maybe with Cute Charm as an ability. About Serperior, some options could be: Leaf Storm only changing 1 stage (instead of 2) Give Serperior "Defeatist" but buff it's hp. Change Contrary with Regenerator (which is also a neat ability) Remove Leaf Storm from its set and boost its speed (so it need less speed EVs) EDIT: while doing Gen3 i was looking at some stats and changed Dragonite to -30 Atk, -20 Sp.Atk.
  8. Is the Omanyte puzzle "the four western warriors, the best of or kind from top to bottom" functional ? if so solution pls. Also, i found a gamebreaking bug, at the beginning, if you find the bomb before being asked to, every door locks, forcing you to restart the game.

  13. I noticed they don't appear in the guide, but it seems to be outdated, so are they obtainable ?

I noticed that after defeating Angie, you can either go to the entrance or take the portal, both leading to different dialogues, but every time i decide to go back to the entrance, the game freezes after Kreeis leaves (i did release him before). Also, after defeating Angie, the npcs at the TM Shop won't talk to me (i can go in, but the frozen overlay is still over the shop)
  15. Will the update change the pokemon gotten from previous chapter's events or random encounters ?
  16. Roughly after beating the ghost gym, i went back to Route 3 and all vendors (with the dancers) disappeared. Is this a bug or intended? If intended, how can i get them back? (need the link item)

  19. Just found that Venam's pokemon have "Venam's kiss" move, so im wondering if there are changes to pokes/moves you can use.
