    Evolve those 2, i don't think Meowstic will be very useful besides only Fake Out at first turn, so try to get another dark. The current mon that should be available is Scraggy, try to train it and get it's ability to Moxie. Or if you don't like Scrafty, i agree with @Wolfox. Or..... if you don't like to bring 2 dark mons, you could always challenge yourself against Shade with ghost pokemon ( Ghost vs Ghost, you know what i mean ).

    For Dratini, maybe we still have hope ( if Titania or E17 will give us Rock Climb ). Larvitar is also can't be ruled out yet as it fits in the desert.

    Try to replace Magneton for another ground type pokemon. Because i don't think Steel type will be useful when Battling Charlotte. You could also bring a pokemon that knows Rain Dance.

    If you want Misty Terrain, you can evolve Ralts to Gardevoir then go to a Move Relearner and get Misty Terrain from there. I can give you a female, bold nature and 5IVs Ralts.

    In USUM, egg moves are no longer exist. All moves that previously can be egg moves are moved to Move Tutor. So my question is...... Is this will be added into E18 in the future? Well, that's a good news, i guess, but.... now i think that all of my effort as a breeder are kinda wasted now :')

    Ok. i have 2 shiny Gastlies ready to trade ( i'm trying to get a shiny 5IVs female one btw, but it seems that i don't have a lot of luck right now, but i won't give up ) Here's the screenies ( 1 5IVs and the other one is 4IVs ) And it have Ice Punch as it's egg move

    I'm afraid that you'll have to wait for E18 for Dusk Lycanroc because all USUM stuffs will be implemented into E18 ( if Gen 8 won't appear in near future.
