  1. I didn't think I'd actually see the day where this game is being finished. I've seen the "Reborn Server" in the server registry of Pokemon Online all the time when I was active there during 2011 and 2012 and I never even joined once! If only I had known more about it, I would have stopped by and maybe lurked around. But oh well, I found out about the game about 3 years later in 2014 when E14 was current and I finally registered here in 2016 when the E16 community release came out. What is inconceivable to me is that you, Ame (along with others), have actually kept up an entire 10 years developing this game and not given up somewhere along the way. Not only is having to be creative all the time stressful and draining but putting out a game with so much content for free, over a time spanning so many years, is something that is worth more than the game itself. I can imagine that the majority of this time was probably hell for you, despite you loving what you created. It is that what I admire the most and it is probably that what sets Reborn apart from pretty much all other Pokemon games - you have created a game, made with all the love and care you could offer. The game itself is good too. But this isn't just about the game. You made life a little bit better for everyone involved. This is what art should be.
  2. "Which one is better ..." is a bad wording. There is no objective quality and no standard on which quality could be based. I think asking which game is more popular would be more appropriate. But even then I don't think it makes sense at all to compare these 2 games. Just because they share some common elements (like field effects or custom shinies) doesn't mean they are similar or equal. The same way you can't compare cars to bycicles, just because they both have tires. Going by standard quality measures like story, characters, gameplay and such Reborn wins by a large margin. That's not because Rejuvenation is bad in any way, but Reborn is much further developed. Rejuvenation is about halfway through whereas Reborn is almost done. Of course with more content, Reborn excels in almost every category. When both games are finished (whenever that may be) I can totally see both games being equally "well". But as of now, I guess this topic will only lead to people trying to force their opinion on others. Thats how such topics always go down ... Personally I prefer Rejuvenation. Mainly due to the more supernatural elements and a few more likeable characters. I especially like Venam quite much, she's super cool and one of the best characters I've seen in a fangame so far. Also: Tesla is best mom. The biggest problem Rejuvenation current has is that it's unfinished and not even close to finished. And thats why Reborn feels more well rounded, which in turns makes more people prefer it over Rejuvenation. Also keep in mind: Rejuvenation can still change a lot and some things you can currently criticize it for may improve in the future.
  3. There is a rock in Goldenwood Cave that asks you to use Rock Smash, even though it's not breakable.
  4. I'm currently stuck here ... I don't have the mining kit yet, so I can't go through the wall in the back. Aside from the wall I can't interact with anything. Any ideas on that?
  5. Im on Day 2 of Blacksteeple and should not be able to access the right part, but it's still possible because the turret only activates on the tile directly in front of it.
  6. Ketas Speech is triggered everytime you step on this spot, instead of only once. Edit: Apparently this also resets the fact that you have talked to him in Sheridan Village and you have to do it again.
  7. Minor Text Error: At the beginning of the game in the Gearen Lab, Jan calls Amanda still Amaria.
