iirc there is a event where you can get sneasel so check the pokemon location guide in on the hunt section and good luck finding someone to trade you a larvitar

ok idk where the shiny charm is but im sure someone if not jan will tell how to find it and the exp share can be found in melia's room in gearen labs but it needs a key card which you get in amethyst cave where you find her bloody purse
