With the full weight of the glaive behind her, Meredith easily dismounts the cavalier and finishes him off with a swipe. Klaren attacks Uncavalier 7 with blessed iron Klaren trades blows with the undead, the barrier he creates holding him back from advancing. [Enemy Phase] Cavalier 9 attacks Terrin The fight starts awkwardly with both combatants missing at first, but Terrin finally lands a hit in the end. Ken'Ichi Holds [Ally Phase] Sol'Fael moves to G15 and heals Klaren Keagan holds Radburn attacks Undead Bandit 2 Radburn faces off against the undead bandit, slashing him in the chest and smirking. However the undead not feeling pain raises his arms and brings them down hard on Radburn knocking him down. Before he can attack again, Radburn rolls to the side, grabbing his sword and with a loud warcry finishing the Bandit off for good. "Heh... Not this time foul breath." Radburn grins barely able to stand. The distant sounds of hooves and the marching of soldiers begins to distress the bandits; the ones that are still alive anyways. "Oooooh food don't mind if I do." Vivi took a bowl, having spaced out from everyone else's reactions. She took a large bite into her mouth, and her body immediately protested. But ever the performer, Vivi refused to react ungracefully. Taking her hand up to cover her mouth she feigned a "Mmmmmm~♪" sound, while spitting out the contents of her mouth into her hand. She slid this hand behind her cloak, and dropped the food to the floor cloaked behind her robes. "Wow Viola, this is amazing! No, stupendous! I see that your talents are not just magic, but I urge you stick to magic and not cooking! For magic is the true ambition of all living things." Vivianne put the bowl down next to the pot and continued. "However, you see I have just remembered that I began a vegan diet yesterday, and I have already broken it by eating this wonderful food. As such I, the Gallant Vivi, hereby declare myself forbidden from eating your wonderful food as much as it hurts me. I will resign myself to simple fruit. It truly wounds my heart to do this, but it must be done."

"Everyone deserves to be saved. If they don't, it's not my call to make it's the Goddess. Only She can judge who is truly beyond salvation and who is not. I wouldn't worry about me though." Emilee smiled. "I've got you two watching my back and everyone else. I just want to do a better job at watching yours."

Emilee hesitated, her hand only a few centimetres away from the blades hilt. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes and took the blade in her hand. "You're wrong." Emilee paused for a second, opening her eyes to look at the knife. "By taking this blade I am prepared to save a life. I will use it to save my allies, and myself. I am a priestess and a healer, to save will always be my job and that includes my enemies. So I will do everything to spare their lives, I will heal them I have to." She turned her eyes to Myrdwyn and then to Belros. "I refuse to take a life if I have to. I will risk everything so everyone gets out alive. I don't care if you think it's childish, I don't care if it's optimistic. It's the way of the Goddess, it's the way I was raised, it's the way I believe in."

"I don't need to conserve energy if I take everyone down in one swing." Lyla grumbled but adjusted her strikes, no longer going full speed. "How much longer do you want me to keep going? My arms are getting tired."

"I don't want to be fighting people in the front line or in full kit I just want to be able to defend myself." Emilee dropped the training swords she had brought and with a determined look reached her hand out to Belros. "Give me your knives, I want to try."

"Well, when I thought who to ask you came to mind Belros. I guess I think you are reliable guy!" Emilee smiled warmly. She nodded to Myrdwyn. "I wouldn't mind your help too. Please I'll take any training. I've only ever touched knives for cooking and I once helped cut the grass near the church with a scythe. A real weapon though, no never in my life."

"I've tried defending myself on the battlefield by hitting people with my staff, but it never seems to work. Axes and spears seem heavy, I don't think I'll be very accurate with a bow, and I don't have aptitude for any magic other than healing." She then shook her head. "And I don't think weapons are made only to kill people. I've been protected by you a million times, but you didn't always have to kill. I want to become strong enough that I can defend myself without killing them, I'll heal them if I have to. And if they come at me again, I'll strike them down again until they give up. That's who I want to become." Emilee turned to Belros again, gripping the training sword harder than before. "So I ask you again, please teach me how to fight."

"Do not mind if I, the astounding Vivi, begin to devour your food for magics such as mine require a great amount of sustenance. I also have not eaten for several days." She took several fruits from one of the sacks, and began to bite into them, one by one. "So now that we're free, will everyone go their separate ways? I have quite enjoyed this little adventure and escape. I think there are several songs to be written about Vivianne the Extraordinary and the Bold Bunch."

"Belros! Belros!" Emilee came in a sprint just after they were dismissed. On her hands she had two wooden training swords. "I need your help, I want to learn how to hit people with swords and not kill them! Please teach me your ways."

"Just like splitting a melon" She jokes. Lyla wraps both her hands firmly around the training sword, and takes several swings. Lyla puts her back into each swing, focusing more on the speed and precision of her strikes and less on power.

Vivi moves to S8

"I'll be careful. There isn't a bandit alive that can take me down." She smiled, wrapped her arms around her brother hugging him tightly. After she let go she nodded. "Let's practice. I'd rather be in the kitchen than on the battlefield, but I am a perfectionist. If I've gotta do it, I'm going to do it right. Teach me all you have to teach big bro."

"If you and Lenny weren't there Gavan would have been. And if wasn't, then the blue lady and the yellow man would have!" She responded. "Besides I know you would have saved me. I trust you on that." Lyla sighed heavily. "Do you think... We'll have to fight those things again? If they show up again I'll fight again but... I really don't want to."

Pulling out the heavy glaive once more, Meredith roots herself into the ground and with one clean blow dismounts and beheads the cavalier. With a single javelin, Ecquis finishes off the already wounded mage! Hoshiko rolls backwards to retreat and aiming her bow to the sky over both Ecquis and the Myrmidon she makes an impossible shot.
