Would you rather have +2 to all stats on a pokemon, or +1 to all stats with Unaware to ignore any opposing setup?

depends on the mon. but I'd say the +2 due it to making it harder for the opponent to set up in the first place

Yea I was thinking that the +2 would probably be better due to limiting setup options fairly well in the situation
(For context: magical seed in one of the fields that gives a boost to all stats but forces recharge, with either simple or unaware)
And let's not forget what certain mons can do with +2. Ultra Necrozma has killed many
