Well, rwbonesy, I think the game is exactly the oposite of what you said. The field effects are, indeed every time more powerfull, but that's mean for you too. What is highly fun with this game is that you can't go with your favorite pokemon, spamming their best move to win, but you still can go through the game with your favorite pokemon, but you need to think, to elaborate a strategy, to find out how to use the field at your advantage. Maybe the game is just more easy if you go with the top-ranked pokemon, but you can beat it without them, using pokemon you truly like. It's harder, but the r

Are you willing to catch and breed a new member ? If you do, think about mightyena. If you don't just lvl up your mon and spam your dark type moves, save the delphox for the pokemon weak to fire and to light screen before his best special attacker.

Are you willing to change some of your pokemons ? If not i think you'll have to set up your sandslash and save your Empoleon for Rottom-heat If you are, they are plenty of better mons, depends on which ones you are willing to keep. You can get a Rhyperior, very usefull in this fight in the caves on route 3.

Well, i think indeed you can replace that meowstic. In order to train your pokemon, you have people in the grand hall, exp share is your friend ! Gardevoir is a good choice, if you prefer a steel types for this gym, the best options are: Metagross, Magnezone, Drillbur i think.

Could have been easier with swoobat, this is how i did it in my flying monorun: 1: beat skrelp with Pidgeoto and remove the misty field 2: He sent Croagunk, you sent swoobat 3: You stack 3 calm mind (learnt at level 28) 4: with confusion you sweep the rest of his team

You can destruct the field with bulldoze, just catch a graveler to do so, You can find one beneath the grand stairway. Then Ice type has a lot od weaknesses, fighting types are great ! but you need to destruct the field first, they'll miss a lot if you don't.

Try speak to everyone (again) you have to trigger the event by talking to people

You may consider a steel pokemon, and if you don't have one in reserve the only one available is pawniard on route 4. Someone may give you advice on how to build him cause i have no idea ^^

Maybe you can level up / EV train your team to start with ( you will need it soon anyway I guess) You can hit all his pokemons super effectively, and with stab, your team is good against him. ( I don't remember if I was able to OS his porygon with my infernape but if you hit it beforehand it should be easy)

Hi ! Well shade can be hard with strong ghost and electric moves. On my first run mightyena was very helpful against shade. Try level it up and switch it's ability for moxie (can be done with an ability capsule, if you don't have one check the item location guide). Even if it's not the best pokemon, stabed dark moves (boosted by moxie) are very usefull. Shade has 2 pokemons weak to fire, save infernape for them and your lumineon for his chandelure.

Hi there. I'am having trouble in the water treatment center. I have found the Beryl Grid Key, resolve the Electrode stuff (not sure it has something to do). It seems I have no place more to go. Tania won't move and the one-direction-doors are closed(orange) in all the places i did not go yet. I tried to watch videos on youtube but everytime the people playing have one of those door open (green) and I don't. Am i Missing something ?
