PokéNations 3 WEEK 2: ELECTRIC DOUBOOGALOO Here it is, the second week of Nations 3! Now don't ask me for anything ever again. RULES This time, we're taking it away from singles, to Doubles! So, two mons on each side of the field. Pretty simple huh? Well, there's one more thing: In every team, there have to be 3 pairs of every item. For example, if one of your pokemon holds a Focus Sash, and another holds a Life Orb, there has to be one more pokemon on your team with a Focus Sash, and one more pokemon with a Life Orb. They'll be bruuthers brothers in arms, with the same arms! The only exception is with Z crystals and Mega stones: You can have only one pokemon holding a certain mega stone, and one holding a Z crystal: this counts as a pair. Otherwise, pot of greed will only allow you to draw 2 of the same item. Notes: All Z crystals can be used by each nation. If you choose to have a pokemon without an item, then you need to have two mons without items. Standard Smogon clauses apply, except for the sleep clause. In addition, the following general restrictions shall be applicable: Z-Celebrate, Z-Conversion, Z-Forest's Curse, Z-Happy Hour, Z-Hold Hands, Z-Purify, Z-Sketch, and Z-Trick-or-Treat are banned All pokemon listed as "Ubers" in Singles formats (Aegislash, Blaziken, Darkrai, Deoxys (all forms), Genesect, Mega Gengar, Landorus-Incarnate, Mega Lucario, Mega Metagross, Naganadel, Pheromosa, Mega Salamence, Shaymin-Sky) are banned Again, evasion-boosting items, abilities, moves and strategies are banned Leftovers and Black Sludge count as different items All Tapus are banned There can only be one pair of a berry that heals 50% of the holder's HP (Iapapa Berry, Aguav Berry, etc.) per team Any questions about the challenge can be put in this thread in green.
