  1. Marina slowly descended upon the remains of the Aetherbell, as she literally wished her cuts away. "Now I'm hungry. Way hungry. It's probably a quicker flight back to Himawari, too. Surely Remi will make me dinner if I bring her these tendrils to make cloths out of, right?" She thought to herself, as she collected the tendrils and shoved them into her randoseru. As she rummaged through the remains, she found a strange card. "Hey... This is one of those trading cards. 6013? Whatever it's called, but it's probably somehow important if this thing's carrying it. Uncle did ask me about that Tor guy, so I guess I'll just give it to uncle later." She took the card and put it away as well. Finally, she used the Cleaner app and marked the damage for cleanup, and then took flight back to Himawari Town. On her way there, she texted her uncle once again. "Change of plans! I'm not going to be home for dinner. Eating at Remi's as well!" Being the irresponsible teenager she was, she couldn't give a damn about the possible objections. The sun had finally set. Marina landed and knocked the door of the Fukuhara household. "Remi! I found something that you'd like!" Remi peered out of the door, and upon noticing Marina's return, she said "Huh? What is it?" Marina then opened her bag, revealing nebulaic tendrils, curled into a bunch of cloud-like clusters. "I fought this flimsy flying monster on my way back home, and I figured that it'd make for good cloths and so you'd like it. I am actually a bit tired out from the fighting, so can I have dinner here with you?" "Wow! Thanks, Marina! And of course! Eating alone sucks. Come on in!" Remi knocked the door wide open, and invited Marina in. They then proceeded to have a hearty dinner over Marina's exploits in the battle against the Aetherbell. Time flew by quickly. It was 10 o'Clock PM. Marina couldn't be bothered to fly back so late at night, so she decided to sleep with Remi, who of course agreed. Frisky things happened as they shared the same bed, but the night was ultimately uneventful, with Marina falling sound asleep way too easily.
  2. Mitsuru/Score Hina/Buzzkill The Race continues... Make your moves. Mirona and GatlingMan are no longer bound to the oil! Hotshot is still stunned. Kenji "The gunslinger's approaching." "He's too late. We'll pick things up from where that Navi had left off." [Move: Right / Up] (Engages OilMan, but loses all his HP as well) "Drat... This could've been so much easier, if we had a Fire-element chip." GatlingMan muttered, as he lied aside to recover. Kenji could do nothing but sigh. That GatlingMan had already sustained a decent amount of damage didn't help the matter, either.
  3. "Uh-huh," Halley shook hands with Doherty. "You're a specialist in what?" As she asked, she checked out the Scotsman before her, as if examining an ancient statue.

  5. Halley Halley began to get used to the mercenary-esque lifestyle as she spent her time here more and more, contemplating on how she could be way more productive back in her homeworld. She wouldn't even have to sign up as a Maverick Hunter, she'd just have to open her own service. That sounded good, she thought, though who knew how long it would be until she finally got to return? She sat on the bench, drilling the book Solomon had given her, until all the sudden, a halftrack fell out of nowhere, causing commotion. She peered out of the book, confirming that it was indeed an old-fashioned military vehicle that had just graced upon this medieval castle. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. With a bit of curiosity driving her, she stood up and got closer to the scene to investigate. She stared at the mess before her, before finally asking, "Newcomers?"
  6. Vlastimir/Orenucu The Race continues... Make your moves. Mirona and GatlingMan are stuck in the oil for one more turn! Ayano "Hey, uh, Ayano? As much as I hate to say this... I'm in no shape to take on that... thing." "Don't you chicken out on me, Hotshot!" "But I have just 90 HP left!" "Either we try, or the cyborg jerk gets the key." "Fine." Hotshot braced herself and marched into the raging warzone. "Hey, OilMan? I'm here to blast you into zeroes and ones, so just ignore the NormalNavis for a moment, alright?" [Move: Up] - "Stay out! You've been causing outages here with your oil and your pocket viruses!" The orange NormalNavis unleashed a relentless barrage of Air Shots on the black, liquid Navi, pushing it back from the exit. Though, the shots landed harmlessly on the shape-shifting oil. "LETMEINTHEYWILLFINDMEIFIDON'T!" The Navi's words were fired out at a ridiculous speed, making it nearly unintelligible. His huge eye stared intensely at the opposing NormalNavis, as he unleashed multiple waves of oil, washing the NormalNavis aside. However, almost immediately, more NormalNavis arrived, filling their fallen comrades' position. The Navi turned to Hotshot upon the mentioning of his name, and slowly began to panic. "OILMAN...YOUKNOWMYNAMEYOUAREHERE TODELETEMEIWANTTOLIVESOLEAVEMEALONE!" The panic soon turned into a full-on assault. On the other hand, the NormalNavis held their fire upon seeing what seemed to be a civilian Navi. "He's a very dangerous Navi. Jack out now and let us handle him! This is for your own safety!" (Hotshot lost all of her HP in the battle! She was stunned for two turns) "What... W-Why aren't my chips doing any damage?" Ayano was visibly shocked by the results. Kenji "You really showed me there. What a joke, at least put up a fight," GatlingMan commented harshly. "GatlingMan, that OilMan there is clearly a cut above his pesky devils. Don't underestimate him."

  8. "Hah... " Marina sweated quite a bit from the attack, but she couldn't take a break just yet, with another prison forming around her. "Astra Shield!" A prism shield quickly formed around her, shielding her from the blades threatening to make her a shiny porcupine. She then fired another fireball at the wall of stars, hoping to smash a hole in the sphere. If it worked, she would fly through the hole as quickly as possible. If not, she would just continue flying around the sphere in an attempt to minimize damage on top of her Astra Shield. 9. "You've messed with the wrong girl, and now you shall pay!" Marina took flight, arriving at the middle of the array of wormholes. She began to wish for even more firepower, as a huge cluster of energy formed before her hands. Light twisted and turned in the skies, and had someone passed by, they would very well be convinced that the world was on the brink of collapse. It was quite a horrifying, yet exquisite sight to behold. With a shout, she sent the not-planet-destroying charge flying downward, through the countless meteors falling out of the wormholes, and finally crashing upon the crater in which the Aetherbell was pinned. 10. "You're... one tough customer," Marina groaned at the wounds, growing irritated of the Aetherbell's defiance. "You'll make fine fabric, you know? Just... Be cooperative and hold still!" She raised her hand, drawing several wormholes in the middle of the sky, as they began to spit out shining meteors at an alarming rate. The meteors fell all over the Aetherbell, pummeling it with continuous explosions. The meteors that missed would go on to sever the remaining tendrils lodged in buildings. They covered a decent amount of area around the creature, too, leaving it with little space for escape. She used the opportunity to wish back her vitality and increase her firepower and agility even more, as she gazed upon the show she had created. 11. I urge you to read this document, for this is what the hate is grounded upon, before you hastily brush all criticism of the Doug Walker aside. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WZFkR__B3Mk9EYQglvislMUx9HWvWhOaBP820UBa4dA/preview# As far as I can see, the hate is justified, especially with Channel Awesome's response. http://channelawesome.com/our-response/ As it is the trending topic on Youtube as of now, I'm sure you're able to find videos talking about the document and the whole event in detail.
  12. Axel/Mirona Mirona and GatlingMan were bound by the sticky remains of the Oil Devil, preventing them from moving for two turns! The Race coninutes... Make your moves. Ayano "There it is. This oil trail can't suggest anything else. Sorry, gunman. We're taking this one." Hotshot declared, as she slid across the oil and was just one step away from the root of the outage. [Up x6 (Forced), Left, Down, Left x2] (Gets 1000 Zenny from the BMD. Loses 60 HP from an encounter with three Spookies) Kenji "Don't talk like you got what it takes," GatlingMan glared at Hotshot as she neared him, "I can't wait for you to screw this up."
  13. "Aww... You blocked it. You're not as dumb as you look, I'll give you that!" Marina continued her bravado, wishing for extra agility as she readied to fly around the swarm of blades. She would attempt to get around the creature as it charged on with the anchored tendrils, before dumping even more fireballs at its back as it presumably crashed into sun-baked asphalt. [Worldline: 5 6 4 1 2 4 5 5 6 5]
  14. Marina took notice of the tendrils stuck in the buildings behind her. "Now I'm ready! You look like you eager for a beating, so come and eat a load of THIS!" She began to throw a barrage of starry fireballs at the tentacle creature lunging at her, punching it right back with a decent amount of force. [Worldline: 5 5 6 4 1 2 4 5 5 6]
  15. "Dammit! He's not responding!" Serra grew increasingly exasperated. And then finally, Elias called. "There you are! ... Horace got the perp, I think. Last time I saw him, he was busy rethinking his terrible life choices on the ground. He shouldn't have much trouble, if the Rocket engages him... And Adara's on her way as well." But then again, it wasn't like she had to make her presence particularly clear. "Anyway, I'll see what I can do," Serra hung up with that. She decided to head back, stopping just a turn away from the hallway where the scene took place. She looked at Cleffy. "Okay, I need you to make yourself really quiet here. Hold your keys real tight... There. Now, just fly low and sneak into a vendor's table or something close to the guy we just beat up, and use Fairy Lock around the area. Then, just keep blaring Metal Sound at whoever Horace's engaging, alright?"
  16. "Woah, it's like a Bullet Hell out of nowhere! You don't get to just fire at me while I'm on my way to dinner!" Marina remarked at the waves of fancy curtain fire generated by the rhizophysa. "Now, just give me a few seconds to prepare so I can properly kick your ass." She pulled her distance away from the scattering tendrils and wished for extra firepower and accuracy, while parrying the few that got too close to her with a few Repelling Bursts, knocking them away or just outright destroying them. [Worldline: 3 5 5 6 4 1 2 (3) 4 5]
  17. "... Fuck." A drop of sweat fell on the cold tiles of the Underground. Why did he carry the suitcase without the goods? Urgh... She shut the suitcase and then called Horace again. "It's the right suitcase, but the silver case in it is gone. I'm asking a real lot out of you right now, but you need to grab that bastard for me. That's our last clue." She glanced at the now nearly-useless suitcase. That one folder warranted carrying the whole suitcase. It must still be important somehow... Damn, I can't just leave it here! She held the call for a bit, waiting for Horace's response. She was at a loss, unsure whether to leave the Underground with the suitcase in safety or risk losing whatever was worth firing Embers in defense for in order to assist Horace in his pickup.
  18. "The information is likely withheld near the top of the chain. Anyone else we really know don't look like the type to know such details. The vice president is our best bet in this situation," Emmanuel said, "we might be able to forward the question to Ray, but I fear that she'll withheld information from us as well after having asked the vice president for us. Just... Count on me, alright? I'll do my best." He then began to walk back to the ice cream vendor, where Radovan and the others were.
  19. Serra slowly became suspicious of the suitcase, as she slowed down to take a breath. Just what were the odds of the suitcase having already been unlocked? She lowered her body and examined the lock on the suitcase, checking if it was still intact. And then, if the suitcase was unlocked, she would check if the case that supposedly contained the item was still there. She would be interrupted by Adara's call. "Tch... Not now, Adara. Actually, try and establish contact with Horace and Elias instead. I'll get back to you later - " and then it was a call from the devil himself, Horace. "So that was you. I had to run anyway. I'd like to get to somewhere safe ASAP in order to check the suitcase properly... which I am about to do now. Oh, and I got a call from Adara just now. She should be trying to dialing to you and Elias right about now, so just count on her for now, alright?" After that, she would continue her operation.
  20. "Hm?!" Serra took notice of the Octazooka out of nowhere. "My lucky day, then... You probably can't hear me anymore, now, can you?" She walked toward the man cringing painfully at the Metal Sound and his cracked bones, easily taking the suitcase away as Cleffy glared menacingly at the wreck that was the Houndour. "Hm, I'm not in a good position to take you along with me. If only they were here... Oh well, this will have to do," she took a picture of the man's face, and another for his full body. With that, she ran for the exit of the Underground, ringing the Xtransceiver again and calling Horace and Elias. "I've recovered what seemed to be the suitcase. It fits the description fairly well. I'm not in a good position to check right now, though. Also, I've taken a picture of the suspect in possession of the suitcase. I would've taken him with me, but, you know, I'm not exactly the kind of person that can just carry a man bigger than me on my shoulders." Meanwhile, Cleffy kept a close distance with Serra, making a few light jingling noises as they made their way to the exit.
  21. "So... I've only merely given the stasis a push to put it back on track... And that's what's important here. A teetered balance would mean change regardless," Emmanuel muttered. His tone gradually turned into that of relief. He slowly turned to Sena. "Thank you for standing alongside me. I really appreciate it." "Anyway, it's a new mystery. I don't think Zeta would know this one... The only sea I know of is in #03 after all. We should meet up with the others now, it's been tiring," he suggested to Sena. ... "Wait, no! They knew! The HQ!" Emmanuel suddenly exclaimed, "Vice President Mason is our best bet. We have to ask him! We... We'll bring it up somehow before him," his tone grew lower as he considered possible consequences. Something was likely wrong in the chain of command between the Abravator and the HQ. Raising the question might startle the Vice President. "... It might be safer if I were to bring it up without everyone else in the room. I'll ask him after our meeting with him is over."
  22. Damnit, they're not following me. And this guy just had to have an Houndour of all things... I need to stall for more time. Serra took out her Xtransceiver and called Horace and Elias. "I found a suspect. He's fighting back. Look for the metallic noises!" Her eyes rolled toward the suspicious man. "You're going nowhere, buddy. Drop the suitcase, or I'll make you. Cleffy, Metal Sound!" Cleffy then proceeded to emit Metal Sound at the man and his Houndour, torturing their ears. Meanwhile, Serra inched toward a nearby obstacle, ready to take cover should the Houndour fire another Ember at her.
