I hatched over 200 eggs and never got a shiny rilou, than on my third Beldum egg, got a shiny. The RNG can be weird.

The important thing is that the save file is NOT inside the game folder. When you open any episode of Pokemon Reborn, it will look for your save file in "C:/Users/Username/Saved Games" and open it. No matter what episode you play, the same save file will be opened automagically
