    Can't remember what it was called anymore, but my father brought me to one of those places where you can find many things from decades ago and we ate this pork jelly thingy. Apparently it was made of pork fat and had a lot of collagen and it didn't taste that bad but I couldn't get over the fact that I ate pig jelly of all the flavors I could have.
