  1. Can some1 help me? Im playing hardcore reborn and I only have an Ivysaur and a Cherubi. Their sets are Rini Sunny Day Leech Seed Growth Magical Leaf Whip Sleep Powder Leech Seed Takedown Vine Whip I can barely get by the magnemite and by then her next mon cleans easily. In case you can't tell, im monoing this time around and was wondering if y'all had any strats or mons that i can implement.
  2. I could try getting the starters right... Alice: Piplup Ari: Charmander Decibel: Squirtle Kuro: Treecko Lucia: Fennekin Vero: Froakie i mean theyre probably all wrong but it's worth a shot Dx
  3. Julia Braixen (20) No hold item Blaze Sassy Nature Psybeam Flame Charge Ember Howl Espurr (20) No hold item Naive Nature Infiltrator Fake Out Psybeam Covet Light Screen Woobat (19) No hold item Rash Nature Simple Confusion Heart Stamp Gust Odor Sleuth Munna (16) No hold item Serious Nature Imprison Psybeam Yawn Lucky Chant I'm attempting a monotype (hard core) run & currently I'm broke & lost my exp. share over the bibarel-->munna trade :< ~Two Vanilla Ice Creams ~One Choc Ice Cream ~Four Paralyze Heals ~Four Berry Ice Creams ~One Revive ~One Protein (Notable Items) notes: can pretty much take out everything once a light screen is set up but the damn chinchou literally shits on my team not sure why tf they have a heliolisk but i have nothing against it. with only a couple viable mons up to this gym idk what to do :c
  4. hey there! i recently started a new psychic run & was wanting to change my main player. i've seen others accomplish this but i have no idea how to, any thoughts?
  5. mono flying to murder florinia c:
  6. i would suggest leveling to the 34s but make sure you evolve combusken then common candy it back down under the cap then destroy her c:
  7. once i get a ghost implemented i'll start my hardcore run c: so i think i'll be using a team like this chandelure jellicent trevenant/gourgeist gallade/medicham alakazam reuniclus/gothitelle rotation; cofagrigus mismagius delphox mewostic rotom maybe metagross or malamar suggestions on which ones to use for the main team are appreciated (i.e. reuniclus or gothitelle) thanks a ton guys~
  8. yeah you have an equal chance to get it as compared to its other ability/abilities
  9. hey there! im starting a hardcore ghost/psychic run and was wondering which options would be most convenient and practical to make it to the end of the episode. ill be wanting an even 3 ghosts and 3 psychics on my team with many others in rotation.
  10. i think that if they already said that the point was a challenge then i wouldnt increase the shiny chance. it's already pretty high so i think this would be pushing it
  11. run; hardcore/dual type run (ghost/psychic) pokemon; litwick/phantump/frillish (one of the three) preferences; decent iv's/idc about ability/fairly decent ability(i.e., one that doesn't work against it)/male thanks~ edit; oh and if you can edit the mystery egg to a psychic or a ghost that would be great too. 12. cofagrigus is an amazing pokemon. with monstrous defensive stats (145 def/105 sp.d) it tanks a ton of hits. It will destroy any physical attacker with willowisp and can easily recover with pain split. it learns those moves along with curse, shadow ball, and destiny bond that are great to annoy your opponents and take them down with ease. hex works like a charm with will-o-wisp as well if youre willing to run it. it can become an offensive beast with nasty plot/shadow ball/trick room because of its trashy speed. it learns pretty much all of its moves by leveling up and can take a bulky offense path (with breeding nasty plot) or run a wally set (shadowball willo pain split and hex/dbond/curse or even scary face it youre wanting to outspeed a mon. honestly it is so viable because right whenever you get it you are fighting one of its two weaknesses, and the other comes later on, giving you time to find and train a beastly bug or fighting type to cover its weaknesses.

    Starter..?

Yes well if you have any other suggestions im definitely open to them im glad to substitute any pokes out for pretty much anything else (barring op pokes)
  16. Hey guys! I'm thinking of picking up a copy of Hardcore Reborn and was needing a starter (one that I would ask for implementation). If y'all have any other ideas of diff pokes that you would like me to use, suggest them below! edit; decided to just go from one from each gen instead of sticking to gen III revote pls c:
  17. Lillipup - Herdier - Stoutland Availability: 1-13 Badges Movepool: Good Comments: This Pokemon is virtually free and soft-resetting is an easy task because of this. From what I know this playful puppy comes with an elemental fang which really turns Florinia into a cakewalk when combined with work up which is learned at Level 20 (for Herdier). It learns Takedown early on and if you're willing to stick with it you can get PR much later on. Even though it's movepool is basically Crunch, Fangs, PR, and Takedown/Retaliate they are powered up by work up which is incredibly useful due to Stoutland's decent 85/90/90 defenses. Nominating for B+ or A-. Edit: well damn didn't see that other post nominating this little guy.. glad to know someone else loves this guy too
  18. i wasnt going to use it anyways thanks i didnt know this and im too lazy not to evolve, lol
  19. i've heard that it's quite the tank, i'll have to check it out c:
  20. vanillite is too girly for me ;x lotad is def an option will consider thanks
  21. Sounds like a nice plan since I can make a nice set with it later on in the game. I'll try it out.
  22. yes yes yes omg ill def be picking that up c:
  23. yeah well im still too lazy to breed that anyways i really love pokes that are really tanky like gourgeist but still hit surprisingly hard which is why i like it more offensive which makes my opinion biased..
  24. I just defeated Florinia she got rekt hehe and was needing some suggestions for my team. Currently it consists of: Smasher (Makuhita) Level 22 Sassy Nature Thick Fat -Whirlwind -Fake Out -Vital Throw -Knock Off Charcoal (Quilava) Level 23 Hardy Nature Flash Fire -Flame Wheel -Quick Attack -Smokescreen -Ember Rex (Herdier) Level 23 Adamant Nature Intimidate -Takedown -Fire Fang -Baby-Doll Eyes -Work Up Dust (Dustox) Level 23 Timid Nature Compoundeyes -Psybeam -Poison Powder -Venoshock -Moonlight Pam (Pancham) Level 18 Sassy Nature Iron Fist -Karate Chop -Cut -Work Up -Arm Thrust Trashy (Trubbish) Level 18 Gentle Nature Aftermath -Sludge -Toxic Spikes -Poison Gas -Acid Spray I was hoping for some replacements for Trubbish and Pancham. Pancham is just completely outclassed by Makuhita and Trubbish evolves fairly late. Dustox will be tossed eventually because its stats just don't cut it. Quilava, Herdier, and Makuhita are fantastic atm though so unless you have some great idea they won't be replaced any time soon. I'm not really concerned about natures atm becuase I can soft reset for better ones later. I'll be throwing a couple of them in the daycare since they are underleved so a couple extra to train would be fantastic if y'all had some suggestions. Any feed back is much appreciated.
  25. Last time I used it, I had a nice Leech Seed/Phantom Force/Shadow Sneak/Seed Bomb set that demolished pretty much everything. Leech Seed and Phantom Force can stall almost any mon and with Gourgeist's solid base 100 attack it can efficiently sweep a lot of teams with its bulk and strong moves learned via leveling up. Stally sets like the one above (Leech/Willo/Protect/Phantom) really aren't useful unless you're going to beat all the bosses. totally not hating on it, mustve spent a while to get all those moves on and beating solaris is an accomplishment c; but going with more of an offensive set is much more effective to get through the game fairly quickly instead of stalling everything out xd it's your choice though..
