If by naturally you mean by level up, then the best electric type move would be Thunder unless accuracy is a problem, then yes, Discharge is better but that will hurt allies in double battles too :/.

Exactly how I wanted to state my views but I couldn't properly word them. However people like Solaris have good intentions but those intentions do not matter if the method he uses to apply them is wrong...he just doesn't get it :3. Also, I think Sirius and Blake should join Fern. (Blake is self-explanatory. As for Sirius, I think he just wants power)

I agree with you, Ame, but I can't just stand how can people support Shofu even though he himself plays Pokemon Reborn badly. If he didn't know it was supposed to be a challenging game, then why did he play it in the first place? Opinions might be opinions but people should not tend to go overboard and point out a game's flaws rudely when no game can be perfect. I don't like people like Erik Gruber, though I hold no hatred!

To confirm other's statements, go to the Underground Railnet and use rock smash to gain further entry from where you enter (From the Peridot Ward) and then use Strength to move the boulders up ahead and get it. Just a piece of advice, but I don't think Thunder Punch is quite useful on Ampharos...it's a better special attacker.
