As Chubb stated, you can get it in the factory where you infiltrate with Amaria or you can buy it from 7th Street, which is a late point from Chrysolia.

Also, you need to bring a Pokemon with Strength and Rock Smash (?) to get the Yureyu Key.

Be sure to save before you catch it otherwise you might not receive the egg move which you want!

Magnezone turned out to be a decent pokemon for me at best late game...and to think I kept a Magneton in my main team for 65 freaking levels! Of course, if you still want to get it that badly, you need to get the Red, Yellow (?) and Green plugs from Luna to gain access to evolve it. Spoilers ahead...(I know you are not at that part yet but you can look here for future reference) Go to the passage where Saphira meets you in Tanzan Cave and enter it. Use the green crystal plug on the green crystal and gain further entry. Do the same for the other crystals and you should find yourself in the Byxbysion Tunnels. Once inside, you'll find many rocks to move around, save at this point in case you move them in the wrong place (they were pretty simple imo) and click on each of the three machines. Then a hidden tunnel will appear and go through that. From that point, you must fall in the appropriate holes to gain access to the outside and top of the tunnels where you can find the Yureyu Key. Now, go back to Shade's power plant and unlock the locked rooms where you can find 6 Electrodes attached to a T.V displaying Dr.Connal's sister's death. Level up in that room and your Magneton will evolve into Magnezone.

You said 130/110 defenses but in the stats section you gave it 110 attack and you also mixed up the attack with HP if I am not wrong.

Features which I miss Pokemon following you - I deeply miss hugging my Cyndaquil and other adorable pokemon :'(. Contests - When I was a kid, I would squeal inwardly at my cute, little Torchic participating in contests and when he would win it for me :/. Honorable mentions to my Poochyena and Zigzagoon . Pokeathlon - While not as interesting as Contests, it was fun to play various games and unlock TMs or other items from this activity. Rematches - In Pokemon Emerald, I would constantly tire myself from grinding up for gym matches and E4 by battling wild pokemon and soon after I realized I could that trainers could be fought again and hit myself with a brick (not literally ) for being so ignorant. Features which I don't miss : Seasons - I don't really miss Seasons as they didn't add much to the game other than different kinds of Pokemon and scenery...which is actually quite interesting and the real reason is that I wanted to find a certain kind of Pokemon which I couldn't find in Winter and didn't know that I could change the date and time settings...my first impressions on it made me dislike it . 2D Graphics - After all the Pokemon games that I played, I grew quite tired of the unchanged and consistent graphics GF would implement and was surprised that X/Y would introduce 3D Graphics . (I don't mind 2D graphics in fan-made games like Reborn and Insurgence as most of the developers don't have access to the resources and the time to develop such.)

Dragons are supposed to be ferocious beasts who spout fiery breaths and stomp on puny humans, not control the time-space continuum. 3) Noooooope, sorry! 4) Apparently, if you gain more than 6 pokemon they are stored in your pokeball permanently until you release one of your team members or store them away in the box . 5) The mystery of why medicines are found only in pokemarts and hidden rocks or trash cans is still a mystery. 6) You answered it yourself.

Not counting fan-made games, my favourite Pokemon game would have to be Pokemon Soul Silver...I just loved its features. Pokemon would follow you. It had some of the best music in the pokemon games. The setting was just beautiful. I loved to spend my time in Ecruteak City, Cinnabar Island and Route 47. The world was by far the biggest and there were many activities to do such as Bug Catching Contest and Pokeathlon (Contests were still a bit better) I never played Gen 5 so I can't say for them. If fan games were included then it would be a tie for Pokemon Insurgence and Reborn for me. Insurgence has a dark storyline, great features like Deltas, Hidden Grottos etc and Reborn is excellent in plot, characterization and setting. Also, I like Insurgence's Friend Safari and it's capability to connect to the internet and I know Reborn is also implementing it and I'm sitting in my hype train currently .

I don't think that the badge requirement is a necessity for Team Meteor...I mean it has never happened in other pokemon games for other teams and besides Pokemon was never a realistic game to begin with. Or if it really does matter, then like others said above, El or Terra could've have caused all the Pokemon to obey them or they might've stolen the badges.
