    Hey Jan and dev team, I'm so glad that you all are progressing along so well, but I had a thought about the Puppetmasters that I thought I would suggest. Psyche Terror so far seems just like a generic Dazzliing Gleam, or Muddy Water w/o the accuracy implications. You know, just a basic attack that hits both opponents. Since it seems that Magenta's Pokemon are the only ones that seem to know this attack, why not grant a secondary attack that forces the player to attack Neon's Pokemon? Almost like Spotlight, but also doing damage at the same time, hence the glass cannon and tank combination? Also in Reborn's Psychic Terrain, Pure Power doubles Special Attack if I'm not mistaken, so maybe Mega Medicham might not be the best Mega choice. Good luck to you all <3

    To elaborate, he'll appear at the graveyard right after you return to the city with Fly, but after some event he'll disappear and the quest is locked.

    IMO getting Bulk Up that early on (even though it was past the 5th gym) is pretty broken, given that it can be v easy to sweep through leaders that start w/ physical attackers. If you really want it, find a safe location to save (a location that remained unchanged through versions) go back to V6(I think?) grab it, then go back to the same spot, save, then come back in V9. It's risky though, as your file might get messed up.

    Hey there, can basically 99% confirm it's not available anymore. If anything, the area Bulk Up used to be in got totally remodeled and was axed from the game, understandably so.
