WitchHunt! Day Four Results / Epilogue All eyes turned to Cool Girl when she said, "Someone tried to kill me, man." As it was a really ominous statement, the villagers believed that Cool Girl was suspicious for that and especially when she asked for people to reveal their identities, they became even more suspicious of her. Someone exclaimed, "SHE'S A WITCH! EXECUTE HER!!!" "EXECUTE! EXECUTE! EXECUTE!" The others cried out in their willingness to find a witch after days and nights of loss. "I'm innocent." She said, but everyone's eyes were blinded and they did not listen to her. They executed her by the town plaza. The villagers were getting ready to split up to their differing paths to their homes. "Let's turn in for the night, shall we?" Purplecicada said to Anti_Hero. "... You'll be forever asleep, however." "What do you mean?" He asked. "It means that you die!" Purplecicada exclaimed as she stabbed Anti_Hero with a knife. He crumpled to the ground and she cackled as the other villagers looked in surprise and disgust. "What is happening?" Digital Amber asked. "It means that we're taking over the town." Megagun remarked as he shot Digital Amber in the back, rendering him helpless. "Make a run for it!" Nagisa shouted. "There's no running away anymore." Venus whispered to his ear as he hit Nagisa with a blunt object. Greninja tried to make an escape, but Snowy Amine and Lord Drakyle caught him before he could escape. "Purplecicada, you traitor." Lykos Hand stated as he remained in the area. "We - I trusted you." "Bwahahahaha." Purplecicada said. "You fell for my traps hehehe and there's no turning back now. It was fun.... while it lasted. Sayonara, Lykos." ... And they executed him. "Let's create more Covens in other towns." Megagun said. "That will be great betrayal!" Purplecicada remarked. And the Coven left for another town to decimate. Until then, the End. Cool Girl is lynched. She is ???. The King's Court of Lykos Hand, Anti_Hero, Purplecicada, and Digital Amber has disbanded as of the Epilogue At a 5 villager - 5 witch split, the witches have won as they now equal the townfolk. Congratulations to the Coven of Purplecicada, Venus, Megagun, Snowy Amine, and Lord Drakyle! ===== General Comments: I have to say that the town didn't play quite well. First of all, some roles weren't quite utilised. This included the Emissary for not using the role to attract the Witch's kill and instead attracted the Court or the Peeping Tom for not peeping on the Priest. Second, people obviously had scumreads on certain people, but didn't actually call out people for it. Some of the witches had some scummy moves made, but the witches were generally ignored until it was nearly too late. There were some questionable moves in relation to voting. Players chose to go for a lynch on an inactive on D2 when they didn't really believe that person was a witch while on D3, players would have started a no lynch again if Paul25 hadn't made a wrong comment which even with roleclaiming still worked against him. Third, the King's Court was too gullible, I believe, for neglecting that there was an incredibly high chance for a witch to exist in it, but Priest chose not to investigate any of the members to check their innocence, nor did the other members try to see if everyone there was really trustworthy. Also, the members tried to be too secretive and provide information contrary to what they actually know in their chat. As for the witches, they weren't that obvious, but they manipulated the village in and off screen with them steering lynches to go their way and Purplecicada manipulating the Court well enough. With this, they managed to go without any casualties at all, and not using any of their other role abilities except the Judge's. Though they made some scummy moves, they managed to patch it up with seemingly sensible reasoning which kind of helped them win. For a first time experience though, it was quite a challenging ordeal and I'm glad you all tried to analyze the game. Thanks for playing! While other players may have made some good plays such as with Lord Drakyle's posting which made him generally townread by those alive or Venus' manipulation of D1 and partially D2 lynch, Purplecicada provided the most contributions out of any player in the game - witch or villager. First of all, she used her abilities as Judge to confuse the town and this brought the town to focus more on the Judge than actually scumhunt. By taking down Paul25 after Alistair, she convinced people that the Judge was just someone inexperienced and that they probably thought Paul25 was scummy. Second, she infiltrated the King's Court quite well by establishing herself as someone who can be trusted and that there's no need to suspect anyone as a witch might not actually exist in the Court. Though that was questionable (heavily), the Court believed it and she was able to manipulate the Court and its members effectively by encouraging them to execute Nagisa Hideyoshi (failed attempt) and Jace Stormkirk, effectively steering the Priest's investigations away from the intended targets. She also successfully fed them a mix of wrong reads to steer them away and true reads to offer trust. For these reasons, I give her the MVP award. ===== Player List for WitchHunt! WitchHunt! Day Three Results / Night Three The day was mostly peaceful... and not in a good way. Fingers were not pointed nor any accusations were received. The villagers seemed to be stuck - or perhaps some of them were just being cautious and were only planning to deliver their blows in the next days and nights. Whether that was the case or not, the villagers chose to keep themselves from doing any bold moves, lest they suffer from possible consequences. Meanwhile, the Judge uttered, "What has this town come to? Arrest Paul25, please." The guards heeded the Judge's word and they took Paul25, and there he was convicted of being guilty - guilty for what? Only the judge knew. Paul25 is lynched. He is ???. WitchHunt! Night Two Results / Day Three The villagers were utterly shocked when they discovered two unconscious bodies in the light of day. They found Refty365's body in the front of the tavern. His body seemed to have been stabbed by a knife several times, but the knife seemed nowhere to be found. Nagisa Hideyoshi's body was found in the Town Center. Nagisa seemed to have been beaten up to death as there were bruises around their body. They were even more surprised when Nagisa rose up from being unconscious. Nagisa said, "Hmmm.... that was a long... long sleep. What's happening here?" "Who did that to you...?" "Um... I don't know. All I remember was a person wearing robes attacking me while screaming "DIE!!!"" The day was just getting started. Crabrawler, the Boxing Pokemon - While guarding its weak points with its pincers, it looks for an opening and unleashes punches. When it loses, it foams at the mouth and faints. Frederick thought as he remembered what he learned from his time in the Aether Space Academy. This Pokemon was obviously a Fighting type, similar to his Theodore, and from what he saw, it looked eager to attack them after they appeared to have interfered with its plans for dinner. He noticed a glint of reluctance in their eyes momentarily, but he took no heed of it as it disappeared almost instantateously. "I choose you, Theodore." Frederick announced as he released the Aether Ball containing his dear Stufful. Stufful looked at Frederick with eager eyes after resurfacing in the ground of Nexus #08. He appeared to understand what he was supposed to do, what with the seemingly aggressive Crabrawler staring down at the party. "I shall not let you continue with what you are doing. Theodore, use Tackle on the Crabrawler." Frederick told his Stufful. Theodore immediately launched himself from the ground, and charged the Crabrawler. He assaulted the Crabrawler with a Full Body Attack, one with intense passion and determination. Theodore Action: Tackle on Crabrawler [72 Power]

Of course, they didn't have any evidence nor did they know the identity of the Judge, but they chose not to take any chances in the case that Judge either mischooses as a Villager or deliberately condemns an important persona as a Witch. Thus, they chose to condemn someone else... someone who was far too silent and had not said a word since that day. He continues as he glances at the general direction of the east. This direction would probably lead them to a point of interest. Frederick heard Cathode's voice as she told the group that she was ready to assist anyone desiring to get a ride from her Pokemon, Suzie. "I would prefer not to look at the view from above as it takes a partial amount of the surprise, but what is it that you observe from above?" He asked the younger girl calmly. The crystal forest in the Nexus was already a place he regarded as interesting when he first visited the Nexus after joining the Rescue Party, but observing the trees more closely in this second visit made him respect the forest more. This Nexus was definitely a place he was willing to explore. Frederick followed Kai as she approached the Space Aether Employees. "Is there a task I can be of help with?" He appeared to have been hit by a blunt object continuously until he no longer could move. The villagers were frantic. Who was it that killed Roswell? Was it the Coven or was it another force altogether? Meanwhile, the King sent out his dove from the balcony of his palace. He heard the door to his room creak open, and he turned around, in time to see the three people poised to become part of his court. Roswell is killed. He is ???. WitchHunt! Day One Results / Night One Tension filled the villagers of Archadia. They already knew that suspicious people had entered their peaceful town, and they were anxious as the hours passed by. People pointed fingers to certain characters, but most of the villagers remained neutral and decided to test the waters by not condeming anyone.... yet. The day was mostly peaceful as the villagers chose not to have someone hanged in the gallows, but someone clearly had a different thought in mind. "How can they not decide on an execution?" the Judge muttered in the office. "I shall condemn someone of my own accord. Guards, arrest this person." The Judge showed the Guards a picture of a man, named Alistair, and they immediately went to his home in the outskirts. The Guards dragged Alistair from his home to the gallows. He began to scream. "I'm Innocent! Innocent, you hear me?" Alistair begged. "Why must it be me?" Yet the Guards and the Villagers remained silent as they were afraid of being condemned as well. Meanwhile, the King called forth a Messenger. "Take this letter to the town. I shall form a Court of my own to settle this 'infiltration' issue." the King told the Messenger. "Make sure you come back with good members." Alistair is lynched. He is ???.
