@LykosHand Sorry, I'll keep my vote because I'm finding it suspicious how you still remain neutral despite being called out. Even if you don't have much information, it helps to at least risk on finding suspicion because it helps generate discussion rather than be cautious of getting a townie and being stagnant in finding mafia in the end. That said, I would like to remind everyone that we don't have to run a perfect game where all we lynch is mafia. Instead, we are allowed to mislynch given that we use these mistakes to find the real perpetrators of crime
-
Sorry for not being able to post yesterday, debate came up and was too busy to post. I don't have much to find suspicious from anyone. People have been saying not too much to warrant enough suspicion. Right now, I only have Lykos as someone suspicious for encouraging a no lynch again. As I've said earlier, no lynching helps no one. We only help mafia survive more and cult recruiting more as the days pass by. Thus, [Eliminate] LykosHand that's tthe only lead I have thus far and I'm willing ro fight for it Town cred to Alistair, Anti, and Megagun. They feel genuine, but I'm not too solid on them being town
-
@Eviora It's your choice to lynch us or not, but know this: if you lynch us now, you are left with 5 townies and 4 mafia by D4, and you all have to unite to get the four, but if you eliminate one mafia now, it puts you at a better spot. Just to help you, here are my four mafia: Amine - Votes have been bandwagonish without justified explanation; posting without contributing much Alphagar - Posting without contributing; Simply agreeing to stuff Megagun - Popping in and out of discussion; feeling off with that forceful vote on Jace Anti_Hero - Way he acts feels off somehow; not as participative as town counterpart
-
@Anti_Hero I'd like to remind you that the circumstances are different this time. He kept on denying being mafia that game while here, he's claiming now because there's no chance of winning. Recruiting someone doesn't help our cause in any way anymore as we're vulnerable to anything. I have no intentions of supporting the mafia right now and neither does Jace, so we're willing to live a bit more just to support the town. @Lord Drakyle You raise a fair point. Alphagar has indeed been silent and hasn't placed much to the table. I'm still suspicious of you, but I'll give you town credit for that. @Refty365 @Paul25 Your results for last night? @Eviora What was your move Night 0? @Amine Chankey3ft7 Might want to claim?
-
Eh, well, since Jace has already revealed, there's no point trying to deny that I'm his sole recruit. @Eviora You raise a fair point, but we are definitely working for the town's favor. It's impossible for us to win because town can lynch us anytime and even mafia could snipe us anytime. That said, we plan to make the most of our abilities. Right now, with us out of the possible mafia, that leaves 10 people and 4 mafia to look for. Among these, these are my current reads: Eviora: Hard townread (good contributions; slim chance of being mafia because mafia is heavily likely to target Jace last night and I see no reason for Eviora to jail him if she was mafia) Purplecicada: Null (Quite inactive, but if she were mafia, I'd think she's more likely to be able to post the requirement) Amine: Scumread (Has been consistently posting, but posts bear little to no contribution and that vote yesterday seems iffy) Anti_Hero: Slight townlean (Has been contributory and seems genuine to me) Refty365: Slight townlean (Same with Anti, although less active) Lord Drakyle: Slight scumlean (I feel that it's really weird that there's hardly been any results for scout, feels like he's just using it to remain under the radar) Megagun: Slight scumlean (His posts seems weird somehow, not sure but that's the vibe I get) Digital Amber: Null (Inactive thus far) Alphagar: Null (Inactive thus far) *Either could be mafia though, trying to blend in and lay low. That said, [Eliminate] Snowy Amine Best lead I got so far
-
I believe that though abstaining is a valid strategy, I don't think it's actually gonna help us out because we'll remain unknowledgeable of anything in the next days. It's best if we might choose to random lynch; hopefully, we might get something useful in the later days from it. That said, random voting [Eliminate] Megagun for now unless anything better pops up.
-
"ooh, so Jace is suspicious and didn't say anything to help his case, time to join the Bandwagon [Eliminate] Jace Stormkirk" I believe this merits attention. Feels so much like mafia trying to slip in on a bandwagon tbh. [Eliminate] Snowy Amine

"What made you 100% certain Venus was mafia? Whatever thought process that was, it was undeniably flawed, because it led you to be certain of a falsehood. In reality, there wasn't really any evidence pointing to Venus being mafia. His behavior made it clear that he wanted to be lynched. What would a mafia member have to gain by behaving like that?" -> He initially didn't plan to get himself lynched as far as I know. I suspected him because of the way he acted, especially with his baseless accusations against me. Because of that, I thought of him as mafia, and the reason why I thought he had something to gain from being lynched was that he was mafia with the Ambassador and discovered a role that they could potentially kill with him as the sacrifice. Or maybe he was the backstabber begging to be visited by people. "Why are you so dismissive of the possibility that Jace is the sympathizer? There's ample evidence in favor of it, which I discussed in my previous post. And he still hasn't revealed his role. If he were town, it would be rational for him to do that, because whatever his role might be, it would put less of a target on his head than "wookie sympathizer." -> I never said he couldn't be the sympathizer. Rather, I said that we could be making a wrong judgement here. From what I see, I believe he said that the WS was screwed because of the recruitment failing. He then probably realized that he was gonna be involved in that fiasco with him being jailed, so he chose to be reluctant about it. As much as I could agree with the roleclaim, I believe that it's irrational what with so many claims flying around. Rather, I think it's better for him to defend himself
-
@Eviora "Myrmidon Divergent: I feel confident Dive began the game as the actual Sith Lord since his roleclaim has remained unchallenged. However, I can't help but find two things suspicious. Firstly, he seemed completely willing to sacrifice himself to Venus. At first, I thought Venus had some sort of grudge, but it appears he was just a troll. Still, I wonder whether Venus trolls every game. If not, and if I were in Dive's position, I would have been more concerned." What makes it suspicious that I was ready to sacrifice myself? I was 100% at that time that Venus was a mafia member, so I believed that it was best to lynch him, even if it meant sacrificing myself, and it's not like we could avoid the kill later, so it was best to do that rather than earlier. But as it turns out it was just a scam, so it turned out to cause more damage than that. "Secondly, he completely failed to mention Jace (among others) in his analysis of other players thus far. Together, these facts lead me to believe it's possible he was converted on N0 and was adamant about voting against Venus to avoid revealing his inability to judge. So... if I had to guess, wookie convert." Hmm... oh I believe I merely skipped out on his name in my analysis. That said, I don't understand his posts that much because of the way he's framed it, but from what I see, he revealed himself to be jailed, but was hesitant to do so because he was afraid of suspicion. With that, I think he might merely be reluctant town, but he could still be mafia or ws, though the chances are lower. As for me, I wasn't adamant against voting for Venus though. I wanted to get first the approval of the town in judging. I once played as judge and it ended badly, so I don't want to have that misstep repeated again.

Tbh I'd support the existence of having a court, but it's more difficult to work out with the existence of the cult. It's possible that if at least one of the members is culted or already culted the moment the court exists, the zombie would just slowly convert them all, so I'd prefer not to have it here. No to Court Let's start discussion, shall we? I believe that it's possible at least one of those who said no to court is mafia, mainly for the reason of blending in. It's hard to pinpoint though since the day just started.

@Anti_Hero You can't just dismiss everything though by saying everyone's suspicious. Mafia isn't only about finding suspicion in one, it also includes trying to find people whom you can trust and going from there. Anyway, to answer your question, I wouldn't have roleclaimed early if I had not been threatened to do so. IMO roleclaiming was the only good way to ensure I survived, so I chose to do that even if it was risky. Turns out it didn't quite benefit the town because the Town Pilot was hit. To further that, it remains to be seen that I'm certainly town because my claim remains uncontested and it remains a role that can only be town. @Lord Drakyle Aye, so I'd like to ask to ask you this, who do you think is town and who do you think isn't? @Greninja Any other comments regarding the game?
-
So, in order to have some level of discussion, what are your reads on people right now, guys? Here are my reads for now: Lord Drakyle: Scumlean, been kinda too neutral and seeming to redirect discussion away; also, the scout claim could be a ploy to earn trust, but he could also be town Eviora: Townlean, so far been contributory and responsive Purplecicada: Scumlean, inactive but I seem to find her suspicious because she's hardly putting any effort into her posts though might be that she doesn't have much to say Megagun: Scumlean, been mafia too many times that I find it suspicious how he pops in once and pops in later near the end of the phase so as to blend in Paul25: Scumlean, that last vote that hit the hammer on Lord Drakyle was imo suspicious Others: Neutral, hasn't said much to indicate alignment Digital Amber and Refty365: Neutral, but weirdly quiet...

Pokemon in Space [IC Chapter #03]
Daniel Blackworth replied to Bfroger6's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Frederick looked at the Crabrawlers. One was weak from the blows of Uno while the other was still heavily undamaged, for the most part. Uno suggested that one of them could catch it if they wanted to, but Frederick thought that it wasn't such a good idea to catch such an aggressive Pokemon. Frederick looked at Karla - perhaps she wanted the Crabrawler for herself as he asked her, "Are you interested in the Crabrawler, Karla?" Without waiting to validate if Karla wanted the Crabrawler, he called on Theodore to attack the second Crabrawler to give more room for Karla to capture the first Crabrawler. "Theodore, use Tackle on the second Crabrawler," he ordered. Theodore eagerly dashed towards the Crabrawler and hit him full on with his body - a 100% no restrictions, no limitation, powerful tackle. Use Tackle on 2nd Crabrawler, 40 Power -
I wasn't imprisoned either. Imo it's difficult to pinpoint the WS because there are several possibilities as to why the recruiting failed, so I think we should move to a more important discussion on finding the imperials. As much as Venus tried to act as mafia to get himself lynched, he turned out to be a member of the town. As I observed from the voting, I find those who voted for abstaining are more suspicious. Mafia knew Venus wasn't part of them and they could also have known he was the Dark Trooper, so they might have chosen to abstain in fear of possibly being targeted by mafia. Right now, the one I suspect most is Lord Drakyle - he seems to subtly redirect town in his posts and he's also playing neutral again, though imo it's part of his gaming style
-
... What are you trying to pull, Venus? Lol I'm hardly sure of your intentions. I'll let the town decide on this one - lynch Venus now or go for it later. I'll stand by your decision.
-
... I was giving you the benefit of the doubt with your actions and perhaps allowing you to have time to explain yourself, but every next post of yours just leads me to scumread you even more. I won't change my mind anymore. [Vote] Venus I'm thinking that you're the Mafia Dark Trooper and that one of your partners in the Mafia Ambassador, and you've found some good role to potentially suicide for...
-
@Venus Lol. You forced my hand, Dark Trooper. I didn't want to do this, but eh, I'm the Sith Lord, for your information. IMO I feel that with the way you've been recently acting, I don't think you're actually mafia because it'd be a waste to commit suicide tbh. So, I'll choose to give you the benefit of the doubt for now. [Unvote] Venus

TFW your post count hardly ever moves because you've mostly been lurking in the confines of Onyx Arcade.
