In these past six months, Mafia games have become a part of the great gambling subforum of Reborn, the Onyx Arcade. Some players have come and gone while others have stayed to play while some have also become interested in hosting Mafia games. Chronicles of the Onyx Arcade Mafia Chapter Seven [Day] Results Six days before, there were 23 characters. As the days passed, death and destruction filled each passing day and night. Now, only 5 characters were left, ones who had witnessed every death, yet had fought to survive until the end. It would all come to an end on this day. Anti_Hero, Roswell, HongaarseBeer, Digital Amber, and Greninja gathered around and sat on chairs forming a circle. The five of them had been gathered there under Anti_Hero's command. Clearly, one of them was the last surviving Team Valiant member. "Let us begin this discussion." Anti_Hero spoke up. "Who is the last Valiant member? Admit it now and we will pardon you." "Who cares about that?" Digital Amber said. "I doubt that person will admit his guilt." "I believe that Anti_Hero is innocent of all the charges." Greninja whispered. "Dive did trust him with all of these and similarly, EndearingCharacterTrait chose to pardon him and had purplecicada condemned instead." "I have been kidnapped by Team Valiant for two days and only escaped yesterday from those binds." Roswell uttered. "The last Valiant is responsible for silencing me." "I'm the one who freed you from those binds." Digital Amber said. "I did bar the door of the last Valiant last night, except that I didn't see his face clearly." "I'm the one responsible for all those vests flying around." HongaarseBeer spoke up. "I, unfortunately, saved purplecicada twice though because I didn't know she was an enemy." "I protected Yin, the Justice, but unfortunately, someone bombed the building he was staying in." Anti_Hero said. "WHAT? I'M THE BLACKSMITH." HongaarseBeer yelled at Anti_Hero. "I protected HIM." "No yelling please." Anti_Hero responded. "I'm the Doctor, so there's no contradictions there." "Oh okay." HongaarseBeer replied. "Sorry for that outburst. "Hmm.... if Anti_Hero and Digital Amber are innocent, and HongaarseBeer is the Blacksmith who gave me a vest..." Roswell uttered. "... then Greninja must be the culprit!" "W-wa-ait!" Greninja exclaimed. "I already told you earlier I was the Invisible Man." "Except that I barred your door some nights ago, but you still told us that you visited Alistair and heard speaking!" Digital Amber yelped. "And Digital Amber barred the Valiant's door last night, allowing me to escape." Roswell responded. "The suspect is... YOU!" "So close, yet so far." Greninja sighed. "I only joined Team Valiant because I wanted to be a ninja and be accepted by a group, but now, they're all gone and I'm all alone, alone against the world which judges so unfairly. I know that I might still be pardoned for my crimes, but I cannot live without them and there is no escape for me anymore except death." Before they could react, he took out a dagger and stabbed himself in the stomach. They rushed to give him medical care, but clearly, the stab was too deep to be treated by anyone, even Anti_Hero. "Goodbye... cruel... world... I... hope... I can... see... you again... soon... in the... light." Greninja smiled and looked up as he drew his dying breath. The remaining Keepers, instead of celebrating, cried and mourned for the poor final member, but sacrifices had to be made in order to achieve peace... Dark Rogue was lynched. He was Greninja, the Valiant Silencer. ===== Epilogue Anti_Hero visited the balcony of the Onyx Trainer's Academy, which was one of their associate bases. He reflected as the sun slowly set towards the sweet embrace of the night once more. He remembered the start of it all. How Megagun left the Keepers to make his own group because he wanted a different vision unlike the Keepers. How Eviora made her own foundation after being accused of embezzling the Keepers' money. If only they had solved their differences before, this war would not have happened. If only they were stronger, they could have hoped to have a peaceful solution. There would have been no deaths, no destruction, no chaos. He erased the thoughts from his head. The past is in the past. You cannot turn back time and hope that everything would just go back to what it once was. After all, there still were fun times and memories they had spent together and wishing to turn back time and change those would just remove those lasting experiences. Moreover, he thought that his line of thinking only discredited the sacrifices of his fellow Keepers such as Yin, Roswell, Divergent, and EndearingCharacterTrait. Still, the previous day's events would leave a scar - a scar on all of them. Their friends had died. Divergent, Corso, Venus, Sosobean, Jace, Yin, EndearingCharacterTrait, and the others were beyond them and had left them already. The former Keepers from Valiant and Lumina had also been killed to find justice. But what was most important was that they made this scar a reason to improve,a reason to begin anew to honor the deaths of the people who helped and assisted them find the peace they so wanted to find. Among these were Megagun, who caught two Mafia members easily; Dark Rogue, who made a good fakeclaim and earned the trust of the town; Roswell, who had caught Lykos and stopped Dakr Rogue; and Sosobean, who had successfully blocked the Silencer twice, preventing him from sinking his teeth into Roswell. Unfortunately, there can only be one MVP and I felt that Roswell is the one who deserves it the most. Roswell, from the start, played a very good game. He gave good contributions and earned the trust of the town quite easily. He also caught LykosHand red-handed early on and started Valiant's downfall with that. He became dangerous enough to be silenced by Team Valiant, but despite being silenced for two consecutive days, no one suspected or called him out for not saying a thing in those days. When he was able to speak, people still trusted his words. Chronicles of the Onyx Arcade Mafia Chapter Seven [Day] Quinnox glanced at her files for one last time. She had been investigating a lot of documents and previous transactions organized by the Keepers of the Onyx Arcade over the years for the past few days after she had returned to the Headquarters. This brought to her a startling discovery. The members of Lumina Association had mostly been members of the Keepers who had left after they were caught for embezzling money that was supposed to be used in renovation purposes and other projects. What she had discovered next was even more unsettling. All dead members of Team Valiant had also worked with the Keepers once. They had been working on a joint project to bring justice to several cases of injustice and crime in the city, but they diverged slowly after they noticed a difference in principle. Team Valiant was keen on controlling Reborn City with an iron fist and through fear while the Keepers of the Onyx Arcade were more invested in becoming guardians of the city, lurking in the shadows and safeguarding it from there. She checked the files and discovered that the Leader of the infamous Team Valiant was Megagun, a man who came from a Mafia family, renowned for controlling the underground. He had left the Keepers shortly after they had witnessed his dark side. She made notes on all the things she had discovered and proceeded to find out where he had been working in the past few years. She heard the sound of the door to the archives room she had been in open. She looked to the door and saw Megagun, carrying a gun in his right hand. "It appears someone beat me to taking out those files. I should have done so way before, but I had thought security was an all time low. Well, unfortunately, you have to die earlier than my planned date." He slowly walked towards her and aimed the gun, but she burst running towards him and avoided the bullets from grazing or hitting her. She then tackled him to the ground and immediately choked him. Megagun tried to resist, but he had a great difficulty in doing so as Quinnox had him in a tight lock. Unfortunately for both of them, Megagun was able to shoot a bullet and hit her square in the face while Quinnox strangled him before he could escape her grasp. And so, they had died, alone in each other's embrace, though clearly there wasn't any love in it. EndearingCharacterTrait was killed. He was Megagun, the Valiant Don. Snowy Amine was killed. Chronicles of the Onyx Arcade Mafia Chapter Six [Night] The Keepers of the Onyx Arcade received an anonymous tip on that day. "Lykos Hand, the Lumina Secretary, is hiding in the Jasper Ward right now." They did not know the origin of the message nor did they have an idea on when the message appeared or was sent. All they knew was that there was a message in the wall of the Headquarters - a message written in pitch black text on the light yellow wall of the Keepers' Base. Anti_Hero had the information checked immediately. Even if it was anonymous and sounded oddly weird, it still was information after all, so it would be a waste if you did not actually check it. He sent Quinnox to investigate the information as he was still tied up with finding out the locations of the Team Valiant members. Quinnox checked every nook and cranny of the great Jasper Ward. Her search led her to an abandoned building, one which had never been repaired or tended to in the aftermath of the War of Reborn. True enough, she saw a shadow moving in the area. She ambushed the person who owned that shadow. "Caught you!" She yelled. "In the name of justice, I shall execute you." "W-wait!" The man replied. "I'm just a delirious man, wandering without thought nor motivation." "You're not supposed to know that!" She said. "Besides, someone already committed that same exact mistake. Begone!" And she raised her gun and shot the man in the forehead. Alphagar was lynched. She was LykosHand, the Lumina Godfather. Due to Lykos' death, Alistair's true nature has been revealed. @Alistair Dark Rogue knows you are not mafia because he took on the bleeding status. You were supposed to be the one bleeding but since he protected you, it passed on to him. This means that it's impossible for you to have been mafia mainly because mafia would not let their own bleed.

@Amine Chankey3ft7 Don't know if we're actually on the same page or not. First off, I never said that the third parties are aligned with mafia? They never were and probably won't be, considering that it's better to support town at this stage. Second, I never accused you of being mafia. I don't think Venus did either, so don't know where you're getting that either. ... Thirdly, that kind of vote could have applied way back earlier, but we already know Corso is Heimerdinger and actually has evidence of Venus' guilt as he discovered Venus is Draven.

Nice try, but you don't make use of such a lame excuse to not roleclaim and saying that I have an important role which can potentially help town is such a clichè mafia-about-to-be-lynched move. And yes, you do look more towny when you're mafia and scummy when you're towny. @Dark Rogue How could you not protect such an important role lol? @Quinnox Well, best way for me to survive is to roleclaim, so to speak. Also, I had a fun alternate idea in case I didn't roleclaim: (before the end of the day I'd say this) "I just discovered a good solution to actually solving this game. It's something like a loophole. It only works if every townie visits me except Garen. If every townie visits me and Karma watches me, he'd easily know who among everyone is townie because mafia can basically not kill me because that'd waste a kill considering Sona is protecting me. That makes it easier for us to find mafia." ... then they all go and proceed to be poisoned and most die due to Sona being incapable of healing everybody and Bandle easily wins
