Extreme Weather changes or Bizarre/Unusual Weather changes in areas may possibly be a thing to add rare encounters with some pokemon only appearing in areas while the weather is unusual? An example would be Ametrine usually is snowing but it could become extreme hail/snow making pokemon with Snow Warning more likely to appear a very low encounter rate but possible or maybe even routes unavailable unless a certain weather is active such as Rain in the desert may cause certain parts of the desert to form sinkholes that can allow for you to advance deeper into the desert or Bright Sunlight in Icy Areas to melt frozen blockades or Windy in some places to make objects become visible or within reach (like a rope that usually just hangs being closer) or a tree that can be permanently knocked down but needs a Strong Gust of Wind to uproot it and a Strong Hit to knock it down, heck Snowing to make a fragile area somewhat sturdy enough to support your weight because the ice cools it down and solidifies water in between?

Gotta love the Antagonist team leader conflicting views though

I wonder if Shiv's Codex will include the Playable Characters, would be a stretch to imagine an in game Codex which would talk about what Shiv has noted about you based on your actions and choices as well as your reputation with those who it can be changed towards.

I could actually imagine the Inverse field effecting a puzzle such as Ice becomes water/water becomes Ice and needing to switch between constantly to be able to reach some locations throughout the puzzle while ice may be needed to reach strength boulders or what not, water will be needed to reach land otherwise unreachable due to sliding on ice.... other things work too such as maybe reversing direction of them movement floor tiles doesn't match up with the actual way inverse works but eh

oh lord the tease, so damn close to completion can't wait to see what torture and mind games in store

I don't think I've seen in any Pokémon games yet fan made and otherwise, an asshole trying to impress a bunch of girls around them by trying to beat you in a battle, suggestion maybe? It isn't uncommon to expect someone like that in the world heck maybe more

On a side note a quest I could imagine from Police group being would be: 'Recover stolen [insert name of Pokémon here]/[insert name of Item here]' the requirements being you locate the thief, chase them a bit maybe? then battle them to get them to surrender Criminal Gang quest might be to deal with a rival gang member who is causing trouble on your gang's territory or to wipe out a rival gang or maybe even save a gang member from the police.
