I cannot confirm it but it was stated somewhere by another member the event is reset in EP 15 meaning you can go to Episode 14.6 get Mudkip then go into Episode 15 and get Squirtle although again I cannot confirm it

I know the struggle of Shiny Beldum...even more so because I only use poke balls so was only thing I had, I wish you the best of luck with that Shiny Beldum and even more luck catching it, you will have little more than 20 attempts to catch it with a Ghost type out unless it's asleep or paralyzed.
