Fire Emblem Deminian Knights [Sign-Ups/OOC]
Komodojoe replied to Commander's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
I would also like to continue, but as mentioned before, by me and a few others, it's your RP and your decision. ... I also thought that you were busy. Regardless, this worked out well since I've been kinda busy myself.- 169 replies

Buying a few cotton candies from Agate Circus might help as well since they act like max revives. That being said, they may or may not be a bit pricey to you.

Who needs the Foxening when the Komodening exists?

Komorrin, who was still trying to get close enough to the archer to attack, witnessed the archer make an attempt to shoot an arrow at Drake... only to see that the arrow got nowhere near her. "Wow... that was a terrible shot." He thought to himself. He then saw the halberdier in the distance. For some reason, he didn't seem to take much interest in the battle and just watched. Komorrin turned his attention back to the archer, who had seemed a bit more calm than he was a second ago. If the archer was more calm, then that would probably mean that he would have an easier time concentrating, therefore making a better shot. While Komorrin wasn't entirely sure if the archer's shot would be better or worse this time, he wasn't about to find out. As soon as the was in range, Komorrin shot a ball of lightning at the archer, hoping that he would be able to settle this quickly enough to help his allies before anything else happened to them.

Fire Emblem Deminian Knights [Sign-Ups/OOC]

I know, but I'd also rather not force someone out of a decision that they think would be a better fit for something like this... if they think that it's a better decision that is.- 169 replies

Fire Emblem Deminian Knights [Sign-Ups/OOC]

I don't mind if he joins in after the fight. However, I agree with Hukuna on this one. It's your RP and it's your decision. It's not my place to say whether or not someone can join.- 169 replies

Komorrin waited for the enemies to be occupied with his unit (excluding Lucia and Kelsey) and turned back to the priest. "Just keep your staff ready in case something happens." The mage said to Kelsey before he started to turned his attention to the enemy group. Before he did, however, he thought of something and turned to Lucia. "Oh, right... sorry Lucia, but with me being occupied with that archer, I'm not going to be able to keep an eye out for anyone else, so until this is taken care of, you will have to be the one to watch out for the enemy. Once again, I apologize for putting this on you, but someone has to do it." With that being said, he waited a couple of seconds before running into the fray himself. With the other enemies now distracted, he was now free to attack the archer without any worries.
-
Komorrin quickly spotted the group of enemies that turned their attention toward his unit. "We've got five of them coming right at us!" He yelled to his teammates as he started to examine their combatants. Holland could probably take care of their lance-wielding soldier if he had a good enough cover from the rest of the group. However, therein lies the problem: while most of the enemy group consisted of close range fighters, the archer would prove the bigger threat if left unchecked and the entire enemy team would be all over any close ranged fighter who dared try to attack their archer. While Komorrin knew that he was the only one that could solve the problem since he can also attack from afar, he also knew that he wouldn't be fast enough to fall back before the enemy caught up to him. He began to come up with a plan that would resolve the problem without any casualties. Komorrin turned to Kelsey. "Kelsey!" The mage called out. "I've got a plan, but I need your help. That archer's going to be a big problem if we don't do something. I can probably take him out, but after that, I'm going to need a Rescue... if you catch my drift. You think you can handle it?"
-
"I suppose that's the end of this fight, then." Komorrin said as he watched the general struggle. He had started to move toward the rest of the group when he noticed Karl's corpse laying on the ground. He walked over to the lifeless body and kneeled down next to it, feeling responsible for what had happened to the dwarf. Komorrin struggled to find his last words to the little guy, realizing that these were also his only words to him, which only made Komorrin feel even worse. "I'm..." The mage let out a sigh as he tried to speak. "I'm sorry that this happened to you. I barely even knew you, but I can bet that your heart was in the right place when you first signed up for this. You would've been a fine warrior and a great asset to this team if you were given the chance." He stood up and adjusted his glasses while he kept his gaze on the corpse. "May the gods find a place for you in the heavens above." Having nothing else to say to his fallen comrade, he glared at the general before catching up with his group, the regret still showing on his face.
-
"Whoops... sorry about that." Komorrin replied to Holland, feeling a bit relieved that he hadn't hit the fighter. He wasn't expecting Holland to circle around the other two as well. He then watched as the axe wielder disappeared in a bright light and then reappeared over by Kelsey and Lucia. "A Rescue staff?" Komorrin thought to himself. "Well then... that definitely changes things..." He turned his attention back to Drake and the armored enemy and prepared another attack. "I've got to be more careful this time." He said to himself. He decided to wait for Drake to put some distance between herself and the general before launching another attack.

Fire Emblem Deminian Knights [Sign-Ups/OOC]
Komodojoe replied to Commander's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Oh, wow. I thought I was the only one that started looking this stuff up, though I only planned to use it for historical references. If we can actually use it for something more useful, I'd say go for it.- 169 replies

Komorrin looked back at the group just in tome to see Karl get impaled by the armored enemy. "Dammit. I had only looked away for a minute." Komorrin said to himself, frustrated that he didn't see the general coming. He looked over to where Drake and the walking piece of metal had started fighting. Unfortunately, at his current angle, the only one he would be able to hit was Drake. He looked around the area where they were fighting. He didn't see anyone else. He circled around the two combatants until he got a good enough angle and shot a ball of lightning at the general.
-
Komorrin stopped looking around for a second to reply to Drake. "Understood. If I see anyone, you'll be the first to know." He went back to scanning the area, ready to move then everyone else was.
-
"I knew something was off." Komorrin had thought to himself. As much as he wanted to head over to the burning town, he knew that there was a good chance that he would run into some of their forces if he tried. He would most definitely be outnumbered if he went alone. Seeing as the only better option was to stay put, Komorrin had started to look in every direction in case of an ambush. "Keep an eye out, everyone." The mage said out loud. "We only know of the troops at that town and the ones that Heizen went after. That doesn't mean that there aren't others as well."
-
Komorrin noticed the smoke coming from the town in the distance. As far as he knew, there was always smoke coming from there, but now he couldn't stop thinking that something about it seemed off. He then heard Holland tell everyone to wield their weapons. He held his Thunder tome in his left hand and went into a battle pose. "This is probably better than one would think." The mage thought to himself. "If there truly is something going on, then we would already be prepared for it."

Which of these images is the more horrifying of the two?
Komodojoe replied to Bearadactyl's topic in General Discussion
The right one. I feel as if the eyes on the left one don't look as realistic. -
Komorrin picked up the tome that had been tossed by his feet and began to examine it. It was worn quite a bit. Then again, the one that he originally had wasn't exactly in perfect condition either. After looking through it's contents, Komorrin decided to put the used tome to the test. Tomes like this were basic, but he wanted to be sure it worked properly. He picked up a decent sized rock, tossed it in a direction that wasn't towards anyone or anything, and proceeded to blast it with a ball of lightning. Satisfied with the fact that he had hit his target, he looked back at the tome. "I can work with this." he said with a small grin on his face. He picked up his pack and started to walk over to the others and stopped when he recalled Virgil mentioning a need for tomes. He turned back to the two men. "Just one more thing..." he said to them. "... if there is a shortage of tomes, I would recommend asking the Academy for some. I'm not entirely sure what they currently have in their inventory, but considering recent events, I'm sure that they would find some way to help." After saying what he had to say, he walked away and left them to their own affairs.
-
With a combination of shock and confusion, Komorrin couldn't react fast enough to do anything to stop the duel and had only just snapped out of it when Drake had started yelling at Virgil. "Well then... looks like the problem has resolved itself." He thought to himself as he adjusted his glasses. While he had hoped to do something himself, he now considered that he would've just gotten in the way. He then heard that everyone had to give away their weapons. While some of the others seemed a bit disappointed, Komorrin didn't really mind. He walked back over to the tree to grab his bag and walked over to the man holding the bag. After approaching him, he reached into his pack and put two other tomes into the man's bag. Before walking away, he realized something. "Oh, wait..." He took out his Thunder tome. "I nearly forgot this."
-
"This is bad..." Komorrin thought to himself. Not only was did this fight seem to be one-sided to begin with, but now there's a third person caught in the middle. He put the water bottle back in his bag and started to make his way toward them, making sure to keep out of the way for now, but close enough to act if something should happen. "I should probably do something. I'm just not sure what to do yet." With that thought in his mind, he prepared himself should things go far enough south.
-
Komorrin's attention turned toward the man when he issued a challenge. While the reward for winning had sparked his interest, he knew he wouldn't stand much of a chance, especially against that Silver Sword of his. "I should probably wait for a few of the others to go first." Komorrin thought to himself. "If I have any chance of beating him, it would probably be best if I know his fighting style, then plan around it." He looked a little surprised as he noticed that Karl was getting ready to duel with the man. "Well then... at least someone's stepping up."
-
"Just one more week... Just one more week before I can start put an end to this..." Komorrin thought to himself. "At least I'll be able to get some practice before being sent off to the battlefield. Until then, however, there's nothing I can do but wait." He walked over to a nearby tree to pull out a pack from behind it and took out a bottle of water. After taking a few sips from it, he looked at the bottle and frowned, remembering that he had to spend a lot of his gold to get the supplies in order to make the journey leading up to here. "The worst part is the fact that I have quite a bit of it left over..." He thought as he took a deep sigh. "At least I have more than I need rather than less..."
-
Komorrin was a little surprised with Drake's response. "First, she couldn't wait to fight and now she says that she can wait three days? That's quite a sudden change..." He thought to himself. "Still, I should probably ask..." Komorrin raised his hand. "Excuse me, sir, but when you said that she'll be out of here in three days, does that just apply to her or does it apply to the rest of us as well?" He felt as though he already knew the answer to this, but he felt that he should ask anyways just in case. The sooner he can get out of here, the sooner he can start his search for that woman and the tome that she stole from him.
-
Komorrin nearly cringed when the man had started yelling at Kelsey. "Jeez, and I thought my instructor during the Academy's training regimens was loud." he said quietly, hoping that the man hadn't heard him. His mind drifted off as he wondered how everyone was doing back there. "They're probably fine. As long as the Onishians don't attack with a force larger than the one they had the first time, they can hold out for a while longer."
-
Komorrin stopped in his tracks when he realized that Kelsey took a few steps back. "Looks like she really didn't want to say anything." He thought to himself. "That's only fair since she didn't want to. She had just met us, after all." He was about to speak when two other people, Karl and Yuri, he believed their names were, said what they had to say. He looked to where Yuri had turned his attention to and saw the two that he was talking about. "Well then, looks like we can finally get started."
