      Well, even not too ethical, you can ask to donations of 100 rupees to 5 different people, and that should do it.

      Still, posting in everything that isn't the wasteland, 500 rupees are earned in no time.

    as far as i can tell with run throughs that pokeball is just a fake. You can't actually get it because it disappears once you return to the area.

      But I would with go with Desolation->Revelation->Scribe just because Scribe isn't out yet.

      Otherwise, Scribe would be first.
