It's pretty easy, actually. Take a look at the implementation of moves such as Electric Terrain or Gravity and make a version of it with whatever effects you desire and don't add the end-of-turn timer to make it permanent.

Agreed. Z-moves still have a place in the meta, but it's nothing game-breaking like many of the stronger Mega Evolutions.

Many Z-moves do have a lot of strong set-up potential, though. Most notably Z-Conversion and Z-Belly Drum.

The game does have a tendency to throw plot curveballs at you when you least expect it. So odds are that you'll have a huge change of heart by the time you finish it, especially when more of Neku's past is revealed. It's kind of hard to describe the game without letting spoilers out thanks to the nature of the story, so I'm being a little too vague to avoid spoiling the plot. Also, once you finish I recommend trying to get the secret reports, as you'll pretty much have to 100% the game to fully understand the plot.

Araquanid still has Water Absorb as another ability, and it's stats make it a pretty decent special wall and it's movepoll isn't that shabby either.

Noibat's terrible. It's a 245 BST mon that doesn't evolve until Level 48. Noivern's a killing machine, but unless you're already around mid-game Noibat's just going to be dead weight.

A lot of mons in Reborn actually have different OTs, even when you are the one who caught them. Check your OT in your stat screen.

He's pretty good when used with Trick Room teams, but outside of that he basically is a risky pick as unless you have some form of recovery, he's basically dead weight if his HP drops below 25%.

To be frank, Trump acted like a major asshole towards all of his Republican opponents while Hillary didn't shit-talk Bernie even once. As much as I hate Hillary, I really don't think I could endorse Trump after all the crap he pulled this last year.

Whenever I play Showdown I feel like the enemy always has Serene Grace and my mons all have Sheer Force, except only half the ability works and there's no power boost.

Technically, Mudsdale is based on the Clydesdale horse. Though, I'm pretty sure that Wimpod won't be too hard to catch, since it's likely a semi-common mon thus its catch rate won't be that low.

Magcargo is pretty much a joke. It's supposed to be a wall, but its HP stat is laughable, combine this with x4 weakness to Ground and Water makes it overall a terrible mon. Mega Magcargo would have to be buffed a lot to be viable in OU.
