I swear the mosquitos in Sardinia are actively malicious. They insist on only biting me on my feet, particularly where the straps for my sandals go. So uncomfortable.

After going to the beach for the first time in like 5 years, I'm reminded why I avoid the beach. Sea air disagrees with me and gives me a sore throat. Also I hate sand.

Tfw when a really close friend needs money and is too proud to accept it from you, so you gotta find a crafty way to get it to them.

Nail it to their door in a small envelope when their at work one day. Either that of hide it somewhere in their house while you're visiting, presumably in a place where they'll easily find it after you leave. My advice would be to try to the sock drawer or some other place they would likely have to delve into on a daily basis.

Turns out an ex I was hoping to not interact with again is gonna be going to the same uni as me. Looks like my studies in maths are gonna be accompanied by those in avoiding eye-contact.

Dearie me. I'm a pretty patient guy, but I'm reaching the end of my tether with Student Finance. Either literally every possible clerical error they can make has happened with my application, or literally everyone I've spoken to has been full of shit. I really hope they actually sort it out this time. I sorta need money to live and stuff.
