    I guess you could evolve them and not train them afterwards? But yeah it must have been a pain to raise an Azurill up to Level 41...

    So far I have played the game with Froakie, Fennekin, Chespin and Mudkip (...and Charmander but that save file got deleted ...) I honestly think all four of them are really helpful. Protean and Bulletproof are magnificent abilities, while Delphox and Swampert both hit really hard. For the vote though, I shall go with Froakie - because its the cutest xD

    Well... And as for how she ends up with the Steelix... Saphira isn't the type to just be kept imprisoned by the enemies.

    What does Cain/Aya's mom say when you enter her house with a Tauros? I would try it out myself... but I'm experiencing some terrible lag at the moment...

    I think that was just added to mimic the events that happened in the 'real world'. I'm pretty sure there isn't a serious connection between the two.

    100% agree that this is the best storyline to choose. She's such a badass in the HQ too.

    I wonder if any of her Pokemon is going to be replaced? Personally, I think the Cryogonal should be replaced because it isn't much of a threat and is really easy to take down. I know she had a Glaceon in the past (which was apparently a nightmare to defeat) - so maybe she can go with that again? (Assuming her lead is Abomasnow)

    Oh I remember this little error *chuckles* It was frustrating - but it was pretty fun. I'm kinda disappointed that it is gone now.

    Oh yeah... I forgot about those. Does anyone even use them though? True. I wonder if there is a way to make them unusable though in battle... although that would be quite nice

    Exactly why I think Cotton Candies should not be present in Reborn (well at least not purchasable). Even the mainstream games doesn't allow us to buy Max Revives, so I found it odd that they were available in this game. I was kinda expecting a new sort of Revives that heal only up to 25% max HP.... because it's Reborn xD

    I don't think Lin recognizes us as a 'threat' yet (unlike Solaris) because we only met her once. It would be nice to battle her (possibly lose the first time?) soon.

    I agree. It was pretty easy to counter the lead Ninetales as you can just use Prankster Rain Dance and get rid of the field - weakening Typhlosion's attack power.

    I'm not too sure what you're asking... but yeah there isn't much to do before the 1st gym. I guess you could get all the event Pokemon available to you before Julia (e.g Espurr, Budew, Whismur etc.)... but yeah that's about it.

    I don't think Zubats are there at all. I think the earliest you can get them is at the Byxbysion Tunnels. You can't get Ralts until you have Strength

    It's nice to see how different ideas are blooming in terms of runs. Good luck with this challenge!

    Gyarados = OP But yeah I think the difficulty of the leaders drop after Noel because we are given a wide variety of Pokemon to use (well... maybe Charlotte is an exception but hey)

    Oh right... I forgot about Blake haha. Yeah I'll kill both Bennett and Blake.

    Hmm I wonder if we'll be on the same level par as the E4 because we'll most likely be at Level 100 by the time we face them. I think I read somewhere that Ame might be considering if we can go over Level 100 (as well as the opponents), so that will turn out pretty interesting if applied.

    Personally, I really dislike the shiny Noibat design... hence I let that one slip by.

    Oh... so she meant that there will be no Ninetales before Shelly. But still, Vulpix itself is quite a fine solution to Shelly thanks to her field effect.
