    I wonder... had Carly and Jack actually gotten in a relationship after the Dark Signer Arc... HOW would 4kids have fucked it up?

      They would have given it the gimick puppet shadow feeler treatment. In other words cut out all scenes related to carly.

      Well, if Carly did actually become Jack's GF she would have to get more screentime and potentially even a little arc about her and Jack... I'm starting to think that even though Carly was shafted in the sub she got saved a bit in the dub... granted the one time we get a canon ship and they just crash it...
