I had Throh. My Throh was Hydreigon's worst nightmare. It tanked blows and hit hard. My Throh was awesome.

I never had much trouble with cyrus, but facing off that Gyarados was really tense. (Outspeed with Luxray, then hope the guy lands it's attack, THEN hope it is enough to take him out in one shot...).

Ghetsis in BW was really hard indeed. It was almost Reborn-level (if you didn't train a hydreigon yourself)

Well, I think resizing can occur if things are too wide, so pixel sizes may not be all too accurate. If something is too big, as DarkSpite said, scroll tags are able to be used as well.
