I've been super busy with exams coming up but rest assured, it's coming. I can't give a release date as they are difficult to follow but definitely expect it within a few weeks My game will veer of soon. I'm sure you'll be really thrown off by the conclusion of Episode 3.

Originally I intended for the game to follow the roots of Rejuvenation and Reborn but in development of Ep. 2 a lot changed. I've updated heaps of sprites for Episode 2 and I think the overall spriting quality is really starting to peak now. I would change three things: 1: The mechanics of HM's. I think they should be taught once and then a Pokemon can still use it outside of battle even if it is overwritten with another move. It seems silly that a flying Pokemon can't fly if it's been taught Fly before. 2: Pokemon should be a true open world game where you can go in whatever direction you want without having to follow a linear trail. I've decided that the Episode length will be roughly the same for each Episode, but Gyms won't be spread consistently. This means some episodes may have two Gym's, while some will only have one. There are only 16 Gym's. Perhaps it's because 8 or 18 is too mainstream or maybe because 16 is a very special number for this game...

Hired. As do I. However, I actually like the idea of having it so I made a compromise. As of Episode 2 it's a lot more difficult to buy, as it cannot be bought with normal currency. It instead must be bought with the currency earned from completing sidequests, and it costs a lot. Most people won't buy it because there's stuff that's a lot more useful to be purchased with this currency. That being said, it's still there for you cosmetic loving ruffians.

I don't think you quite understood about the beta, beta testers are on stand by until Episode 2 comes out in a few weeks, ill send beta testers the link one week earlier so they can test it out. That way, ill have the majority of bugs fixed upon release!

They may have posted the wrong solution, if you translate it correctly it will work fine. Beta testing will be you pretty much playing the new release when it comes out in a few weeks, making a list of bugs and telling me what you liked or disliked.

Yeah, it's randomized each time. Currently although the trainer asks for a Bibarel they actually want a Lombre, Bibarel won't work. It's a small bug that is resolved for the next update but until then you've gotta trade a Lombre.

The puzzle with scattered Bidoof or the Braille puzzle? I'll assume it's the latter, and the answer is here: However, both puzzles have been answered in the thread somewhere I'm pretty sure, so next time just have a quick read through

This idea of balance and scaling was mentioned earlier. These starters are all a cut above ordinary Pokemon but some aren't so great at the start or amazing at the end. That's why you get a general starter near the end of the Episode. Also, it balances out eventually, I mean stats wise Walrein is far superior to Meowstic. But each to their own I guess, it took a while to try and balance the starters and I don't think I'll change them any time soon.

Yeah, post the error that comes up and I'll have a look at it.

Mac huh? I won't lie and say I know what the problem is. I can nail down problems on windows stuff quick but I don't have a mac, and don't know the problem. Buuuutttt that being said I have heard that it's often caused by the music that plays on victory, so perhaps delete Victory!, Victory2 and Victory3 from \PokemonDesolation\Audio\BGM and tell me if that works!
