In Peridot Ward. talk to the woman in the little grass area in the "Eye of the city" . She is near the Railnet. She will give you a Rose Insense. Follow the train tracks tot eh very top of Peridor and on a clear/sunny day, a Budew will be there. Interact with it and it will fall into your arms,

Ampharos and Roserade are great. For water, I would say Azumarill but that's gone. Sharpedo is a good one die to speed boost.

About the Blue Moon, in another thread Amethyst stated that Titania's demeanor towards you changed a little bit. I can confirm this as well. I gave her a Blue Moon and that did happen. Will be sure to report any changes during Episode 16. -
