    Very soon you will get to a new area with higher level Pokemon good for EXP Grinding. The quest should be available.

    EV Training can help mend bad IVs but you are fin with no EV Training and subpar IVs.

    All in all, I would vote Gallade for the move-pool. He can support you team in many scenarios. Shadow Sneak can be bred on for a Priority Move.

    Yeah Weavile is a good pokemon. Fast and Powcerful. However, Weavile has a bulk issue so be careful~

    Cinccino has always been one of my favorite Pokemon. May have to try it out in the future. Who knows? Maybe a Normal-Mono~

    Yeah Dratini is definitely a super rod Pokemon much like in the official games. That or an event Pokemon.

    I would say Icicle crash for the immediate power. Icicle Crash / Night Slash / Low KIck or Brick Break / Ice Shard

    I have never tried that combo. Dream Eater DOES have very high Base Bower. Draining Kiss offers good recovery as well.

    Yeah Chubb has most of the strats down. Ampharos is an amazing Elec. Type. Growlithe learns Flame Burst. What's a good Air Cutter pokemon at this point?

    ^^^ This is what you should shoot for. I was coming up with a set but Etesian beat me to the punch. :]

    I was thinking this as well. Either Pokemon would work great in a rotation depending on if you need Bug/Psychic STAB.

    Rock Head Head Smash is too good to pass up imo. Great Rock STAB fr your flying team.
