    I have heard that Dustox is quite good for this battle. Dustox or it's Pre-Evolution are available Terauma Shore. Be sure to keep Light Screen on it. Quiver Dance is learned at Level 40. You should have the EXP Share for easier grinding and there should be Common Candies available if needed.

    I would train-up that Zebstrika since it's Electric moves get buffed by the Field. Electrode and Emolga are good. Try to preserve Emolga for Ludicolo. Phantump and Nuzleaf could work but do not appriciate Ice Beams. I dunno if you could do the Shedinja strat listed above. Which Pokemon in particular are giving you trouble? You could mine for Leaf Stones on Terajuma Shore if you need to. Just be sure to soft-reset if you don't get what you want.

    Groudon and Kyogre were not too bad for me because I used Quick Claw + Breloom on them. First turn I Spored; second turn I Bullet Seeded. Carnivine dealt massive damage to my team at the time. Chandelure did the same but Crawdaunt dealt serious damage with Aqua Jet. Overall, I would have to say Carnivine was the hardest. Intense Gyarados wasn't fun the first time around either.

      You can level Scyther or Porygon up to level 100, then trade them with their respective items. You'll have a mon evolving at level 100.

    On a similar note, I would recommend using Venoshock for your Poison STAB. I think that it is found in the Wasteland. Look at the TM guide for more info~

    You need to get the Crystal Plug. You will get this after the next gym and a few events afterwards. You will know then you get it.

    The Bike Shop is in Gearen. It's in the area where Venam's Gym is located.

    Personally, I think that Malamar is a very interesting Psychic-Type. This is in a good way. You can use Superpower to raise your Attack and Defense and then proceed to go in with Psycho Cut and Night Slash. On the last slot, I run Destiny Bond just in case I need it. Inkay can be found via Headbutt in the Wasteland. Destiny Bond is through Breeding.
