According to Bulbapedia, they occur at a 5% rate in tall grass or flowers. Honey and Sweet Scent make it 100% I think.

Hi guys, we need to talk about the forum rules. For everyone who didn't know, we do have rules. They are located in the Grand Hall. Personally, I didn't even know they existed until only recently. You might think it would be an improvement to move the rules to the side bar like Pokemon Zero Alliance was, but think about it. Do you really think people would take the time to click on the rules and *gasp* the R word, READ them. Like, since when do you read on the internet? ~~~The gist of what I am asking~~~ The rules need to be somewhere noticeable when creating an account, so new comers will know they shouldn't necro, double post, they should be respectful, etc. So essentially, when creating an account, the system should ensure you read the rules and then you may finish up. If this happens, a lot of the smaller problems on the forums will be solved before they even occur. In addition to all of this, the rules should also move to the sidebar. Credit to TacosAndFlowers. QQ I didn't know this was for Reborn... you can breed ice beam and scald onto Gastrodon: Panpour with Scald>Empoleon>Remoraid with Ice Beam= Male Remoraid with Scald and Ice Beam. Then breed those moves onto a female Gastrodon. (Keep in mind to breed tm moves like this you need to do so on an episode pre Episode 13. Since this is a team consisting of your favorites, I'll go easy on you and won't suggest new pokes. You might want to run a Focus Sash or Life orb on Excadrill, and run Iron Head over Swords Dance. With all of the fairies running around nowadays, its better this way. Judging your EV spread, you should run Dragon Claw over Dragon tail, and Fire punch over Rock Slide. Gliscor does not sweep. It excels at supporting and stalling. It doesn't have the ideal movepool or speed. With that EV spread it definitely won't be sweeping. If you want offense run max attack and speed, Acrobatics, Earthquake, Knock Off and Swords Dance. Forretress is pretty good, but spikes over toxic spikes. Gastrodon doesn't sweep, but it can do big damage. Run Ice Beam, Scald, Earth Power and Recover. Life orb or Leftovers. Now Metagross on the over hand, can sweep. Give it the spread of max Hp and Max attack. Give it weakness policy with Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake and Agility. Set up an agility while anticipating a super effective move and this man can do wonders.

If you have questions about level up movesets, just look it up on bulbapebia/serebii. Female meowstic learns it at 31.

Things you suggested requires a lot of breeding, and keep in mind that there is no tm for Focus Blast and the only pokemon that can learn it by level up is genderless. Zeva if you want to breed these moves, which is going to take a looooong time, let me know and I'll supply the necessary lines to breed.

I didn't even realize there were forum rules until just recently... Its a great idea to move them there, although if the rules were in a link on the side, I doubt people would actually take the time to read them. Instead, maybe show the rules and ensure they read them when creating an account? If they aren't already there ^^;

It doesn't matter which episode you are in. The key is found by entering the cave Saphira came out of, which is in the western corridor of Tanzan Mountain, and following that path.
