No, Magikarp was axed for being 2op. It was kicked to death and might not be Reborn.

The program used the open the game is, well, Game. To load your file, the Game.exe has to be in (for windows) Start Menu>User>Saved Games>Pokemon Reborn.

I didn't know what point of the game you were at so I assumed it was a bit earlier, the exact location is in the west Tanzan mountain corridor in the cave Saphira came out. It leads to a new area of the wasteland, you should find it from there.

The room to evolve Magneton is in the power plant, but the door is locked and you'll have access to the key after you battle the 7th gym leader.

You need to remove the blockades and the path will open. Get honey from Nyu/Lapis FLower shop, apply on the big trees of the forest, wait a few minutes with the Reborn window open, and a Heracross and Pinsir will start fighting. Beat the Heracross to break logs, or beat the Pinsir to tear webs. I think you'll need to bring Tauros up there too.

Its actually the complete opposite. Gengar can learn Sludge bomb through tm/breeding with post gen 6 mechanics, and can't learn Sludge wave through tm or breeding. Any Gengar with Sludge wave got it from the dream world.

Lucario- I recommend Toxicroak. Its quite reliable with decent offenses and will be useful for the next few gym leaders with dat Dry Skin. Crobat- You need a powerful respectable Staraptor. Its like the opposite of Crobat, its slower, but makes up for it by hitting hard. Gyarados- Oh boy, not much can match this thing. Crawdaunt is pretty nice. Swords dance Adaptability Knock off. gg. Venusaur- Try Tangrowth. It has some ridiculous physical bulk, while being able to hit hard too.

The secret entrance eventually leads to finding mudkipz, but it needs be clear weather to find it

Gengar can't learn Ice Beam, but remember this. In Ep13 gen 6 breeding mechanics were implemented. Meaning you can't breed tm moves. I recommend going back to a previous episode, get a Yamask to breed Will-o-Wisp. (Lv21) >Weezing/Koffing with Sludge Bomb>Gengar.

Nasty plot might sound OP on Weavile but....haaaaah... Gengar is extremely useful in Reborn you can breed T-Bolt and Sludge Bomb from Grimer>Stunfisk>Gengar. If I was to pick, I would go for Gengar.

Oy Ame, you really like Stealth Rocks huh? XD The Cave is definitely one of my favorites. I'm calling it now, (which is pretty obvious) that the Underwater will get a field effect. Mega Launcher's boost is 3x anyone?

The specific Crustle is still linked to the corresponding nest. So for example, if you wake up and defeat a Crustle, the same nest it came from will spawn more of them.
