Your team will function very well with the Sun from Kira. I recommend Psyshock over Psychic on Inari, for better coverage. I also think you should teach rain dance to Vaporeon so it doesn't get shutdown all the time whenever your Ninetales was in. To get Rain Dance: Chose Aqua: Finish the Aqua/Magma gang sidequest after choosing to join the Aqua gang. The Archer will give it to you. Chose Magma: Finish the sidequest and go back to 7th street. In one of the back alleys Archer should be there and after you beat him he'll give you rain dance. There are two move relearners. The first one is in the Onyx Ward, and the second one is in the Agate Circus, they are the farthest vendor to the southeast.

As of now, there is no TM for T-Bolt. Gengar can learn it via breeding, but only with post gen 6 mechanics. So if you want to breed T-bolt to Gengar, you would have to breed (Stunfisk>Gengar. If you also want Sludge Bomb It can be Muk>Stunfisk>Gengar) on an episode post E13 as 13 has the new mechanics.

I think you should find a heart scale and make Leavanny relearn X-Scissor. Leavanny is quite fast compared to Radomus's pokemon, and can beat up a lot of them. Also Dusclops should be able to hurt Alakazam, and hopefully if your Golem has sturdy, it can clean up with Earthquake.

Metagross is actually one of the fattest Psychic types, and it can take a few hits from Luna. But you wouldn't send it out against one of it's few weaknesses would you? Machamp should do well, just be cautious when you come across her Jub Jub and Sableye.
