  1. Jack stood up, and looked around, seeing what was there, and then gave Brendan a hand in getting up. "I think we might be in a bit of a pickle now... Whatever it is we do next, we should try to stick together so as to not get lost in here... I get the feeling that this place is like a labyrinth."
  2. Dreamyard - "Let's Go Dig up the Dreamyard!" - Jack Jack also watched the events unfold, flinching a little when he saw Jason trip and fall. When Brendan headed over, Jack followed just behind the other Amateur, Lara following just behind the two of them. "I guess that's why we should all watch where we're headed when in the grass... Either that or not run so quickly." Jack was keeping an ear out for any more noises, one of his hands near where his Pokédex was stored so that he could whip it out at a moments notice if they encountered anything else.
  3. Jack - Dreamyard Entrance - "Let's Go Dig Up the Dreamyard!" Jack looked down when he heard Jason's comment about minding feet, and saw that Brendan was standing on a slowpoke's tail. His face took on a look of 'uh-oh.', and a drop of sweat beaded down the side of his forehead as he spoke. "Um... Brendan? You might want to look at what you're standing on before it attacks you..."
  4. Jack - Dreamyard Entrance - "Let's Go Dig Up the Dreamyard!" Upon hearing Brendan finish with what he was saying, Jack sent out Lara, and spoke. "Psychic-Type moves can't do much to Dark Types, so I should also probably be close to the front. I would take the lead, but I'll let Brendan do that, as he volunteered for doing so." He then started walking towards the structure being orbited by the debris, following Brendan.
  5. You know, you never really understand how much you come to take something for granted until you have it suddenly ripped away from you...

I had no clue how much I'd come to need a structured environment IRL.

  6. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack looked at Bianca, and spoke. "Actually, I stated before this Battle began that there would be no exchange of prize money, regardless of the outcome."
  7. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack returned Leonidas to his capsule, then stood up, a little winded from both of his partners having collided with him in the chest. After a few seconds, he brushed the dirt and dust off of himself again, and spoke up. "It's not that I was bad, it's merely that you had an advantage, and a big one at that, much like with your fight against Hugh a little bit ago. You seem rather petty to me if you're willing to beat up on those that you have an advantage against just to get a bit of fun. Now, If you'll
  8. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack returned Lara to her pokéball, then got up, brushing the dust off of his clothing. "If you thought that was fun, you're going to love what happens next." He then put Lara's capsule back on his belt, and sent out Leonidas. "All right, Leonidas, it's your time to shine!" Leonidas seemed rather intimidating, even for a mere lion cub, his Ability activating. "Charge, then Spark!" Leonidas crackled with electricity, a shell of which stayed around the lion cub, then sped
  9. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack's face took on a somewhat surprised look, as if he wasn't quite expecting the move to be so easily deflected, but he did see that Lara was still standing after the hit, even if just barely. Taking on a determined look and realizing that now was the time to press the offensive if he was going to, he gave Lara a command. "You've got this under control, Lara! Now hit it where it counts!" Lara heard her Trainer's command, and looked to where her opponent was rolling around, and then
  10. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack and Lara both saw the Rollout continue, and Lara was preparing to run away from the move using Tackle when Jack stopped her. "Nuh-uh, Lara, you know the rules: no running from Trainer Battles. Now, Sand Attack!" Lara considered her options for a split second, then decided that her trainer really did know what he was doing, and thusly used Sand Attack, trying to lower the Jigglypuff's accuracy by another tier so that when Leonidas took the field, he'd have an easier time fighting.
  11. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack saw the Jigglypuff start to use a Rollout, and spoke to Lara in an urgent tone of voice. "Lara, watch out!" Lara looked around her, and saw the Rollout charging up... But it was too late. As Lara coiled up to spring to the side and out of the way, the Balloon pokémon shot at the poochyena like a cannonball. Lara was hit cleanly on the feet in the middle of her jump, sending her into a spin, and she hit the ground splayed out on all fours. However, she quickly managed to get back up
  12. Come on, Google; I just want to see what interesting quirks the other Pokémon have behaviorally! SHOW ME THE FREAKING FANMADE POKÉDEX ENTRIES ALREADY!
    *clears throat*
Sorry if I sounded rude, but for whatever reason, I find a kind of morbid fascination in the ecology of the pokémon world and how the food chains link up.Plus, the current generation Pokédex isn't even complete for all of the in-game available 'mons, as evidenced by the Unova Starters.

    1. Anstane

      Anstane

The funny thing is, before I would be disturbed by this, but now I am actually quite curious as to the behaviors and ecology as well. And I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for eventually.

  13. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack took on an intrigued look when he learned that the girl wasn't interested in money, either. When his opponent instructed her Pokémon to use Defense Curl, he took on a ready-for-battle look, and then spoke to Lara, giving her a command. "All right, Lara, let's show our opponent what we're made of! Sand Attack!" Lara then used her back legs to toss the sand, dirt, and dust of the ground at the balloon pokémon's face.
  14. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack shook his head, knowing that he was outmatched. However, he decided to go for it anyways, and spoke to the pink-clad girl who was his opponent. "I just want to make something clear for you right now: There will be no exchange of money between us, regardless of who wins." He then sent out Lara, and knelt down, whispering into the poochyena's ear. "I might've been dragged into this against my will, but try to give it your all, OK?" Lara nodded, and then the two of them waited for their opponen
  15. CINDER AND SANSA Upon reaching the medic that he'd spotted, Cinder got their attention, and ended up leaving poppy under their care after a short while. He then started to walk out of the main plaza, not wanting to be the cause of any commotion. However, only fate and time would tell if he would be able to stay out of trouble...
  16. A bit of motion caught Jev's attention, and he used his Lumen to extend his arms all the way to a spot just ahead of it so that he could retrieve whichever individuals were moving at that location. If he was successful, he'd grab Aqui by the arm, then pull them towards himself and the other students in the tunnel entrance.
  17. Jev had quickly made his way to the tunnel in the chaos that followed the explosion that was the dragon-girl's arrival, and remained quiet the entire time. However, once Can spoke up with a question, an idea occurred to him. "I've got an idea for getting those people out of there. I can reach out and grab them from afar, then pull them back towards us."
  18. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack merely rolled his eyes and then spoke to the others in the group escorting Hugh, trying to usher them towards the Pokécenter so that Hugh could get his Team healed. "C'mon, guys, we don't need to involve ourselves with rattatas like them. Let's just leave them to their business and get on with our day. Besides, now that financial balances have been settled, we don't have any further business with them."
  19. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack remained calm as he spoke to the voice behind his back, unperturbed by the Misdreavus' taunting thanks to the fact that he'd been around a Dark-type for quite a good portion of his life at this point. "We're sorry, madam, but you are done with him. The battle had run its course, after all." He then hissed under his breath to the other Trainers that were escorting Hugh. "Keep moving, guys. Don't let them think you're afraid of their little display. If we can get Hugh into the Pokécenter, we
  20. Striaton City, Gate Battlefield - "Beaten and Bloodied! Stop the Feeding Frenzy!" - Jack Jack followed the others, stowing his Smoke Ball back in his bag before walking to help the group maintain strength in numbers. Jack knew that it would be inadvisable to draw too much attention to himself, so he kept a calm and collected air about him as the group walked in their attempt to get Hugh out of there.
