For me, it's not so much I hate it, it's the fact that there is only a single setting for difficulty. As painful as it was I enjoyed Rejuvenation's sweat inducing intense mode. I would enjoy see the reborn developers add their own difficulty mode. I'm fine with it the way it is.

It's a new game! I thought it was a port but after research it's a sequel to one of the best 3DS rpgs. It takes place in Tokyo from the beginning this time. The original had a lot of map problems (NAVIGATION) and tedium (POISON EVERYWHERE). Hopefully these wont return..... Very excited! I don't think the e4 will be made so that only 1% of people can beat it. It'll be hard but I doubt she'd make is painfully difficult.

Or it is and I overlooked it. If you want to use this earlier feel free to de-evolve them as you see fit for game balance or cut a team member or 2. This team is a combination of my reborn and rejuvination teams.

thats the only time i did it lol. The fact I have to resort to status moves and buffs shows how difficult it is. It's hard to power through these leaders teams

Ironically on Intense mode I had almost no trouble with her. I had more trouble on normal. Trick is to confuse or paralyze it.

My team helped me a crap ton during my adventure. Lanturn and Gardevoir are the MVPs on this team This team may not be permanent but it has been very useful. Honorable mention to my Torkoal. The biggest obstacles were Crawli and the double battle with Zetta and Geara. Looking forward to episode 7 Jan!!!!!

Your advice worked. I got down to the dragonite, but it critical hit Lanturn before it got off a thunder wave.... :/ The most success I've had is where melia used nasty plot then swept geara, but the ai decided that flamethrowering a Gigalith was a smart move.

My biggest issue is that they've been focusing on melia then taking out my mons each turn

So I'm literally stuck at the Zetta and Geara fight. Why does Melia only have 3 pokemon? The partner ai is so bad oh my lord. Any tips....?

Think about it. You only beat gym 2. The more pokemon you have, the less exp that goes around you know? I had 2-3 at that point for a reason.
