  1. Aegislash has a severe case of 4mss(4-moveslot-syndome, a scenario where a Pokemon wants to run more than 4 moves but can only run 4), whereas Scizor can do whatever it wants with the other 2 moveslots, Aegislash has to have 1 slot for Kings Shield, 1 slot for Swords Dance and then the last 2 slots are Sacred Sword, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head or Shadow Ball. More over, Scizor's Technician Bullet Punch hits much harder than Aegislash' Shadow Sneak so does it's Superpower against Sacred Swords, Bug bite against Iron Head and Shadow ball etc., just about evening it out with Aegislash's higher attack stat. Commander's talking about Blaziken.
  2. All in my signature :^) #Alpha+Beta tester.
  3. As a clarification, mega sciz''s damage is weaker but it is ridiculously bulky allowing for more reliable set up. You realise that scizor would just set up on any non fire move using rock type and proceed to one shot everything else right?
  4. It's very easy to win with just 6, even if it isn't very strong. The game promotes strategy which is what results in these rotations, not the other way around. A recommendation I have is to study up on Field Effects and use Pokemon such as Arcanine or Roserade if you can, both pair up well with Greninja and take tremendously great advantage of most field effects.
  5. It's...not that simple. * Grounded Pokemon's Speed is halved That's what I was talking about, Hydreigon's going first no matter what here, bar an Air Balloon.
  6. There's a VERY good reason for this. Scizor's typing is insanely good, leaving it with a plethora of resistances and only a single weakness. More over it's access to Swords Dance and it's patented signature Technician Bullet Punch on top of it's greatly usable bulk allow it to easily set up on entire leads that can't hurt it much and then Bullet Punch the remainder of the team into the next dimension.
  7. Js but we're probably fighting Lin and her Hydreigon on the New World field which exacerbates it's weighty speed advantage over both of those lol. Dark moves and Flash Cannon get boosted too, it's probs gunna one shot both tbh.
  8. Alakazam's movepool without TM's has never been that great, it has big issues with Dark types but I'd absolutely consider it over Gardevoir both due to personal preference and the fact that the event Abra comes with the move; Encore which allows it to support the rest of the team in shutting down a specific threat reliant on a single move, thanks to it's great speed. Magic Guard allows it to offset a lot of field chip damages etc. Furthermore; it's small movepool could be argued to be a boon for it. There's a bevy of utility moves Alakazam can obtain such as Trick(Allowing it to brutally shut down item reliant threats such as Terra's Garchomp!), the aforementioned Encore, moves such as Gravity, Magic Room. Gardevoir doesn't have much space to run these niche, yet fun moves because it's movepool is admittedly greater, but Alakazam does. On the other hand; Gardevoir's stats are less extreme and more balanced along with a more generally noticeable ability in trick. Fairy typing is a boon yes(I dread saying this, fuck fairies :[)and it's moveset is naturally superior for sure, even being able to take advantage of Trick Room well. I'd argue that there isn't much competition for a fairy type either whereas Psychic types have behemoths such as Alakazam itself, Gallade, Reuniclus, Metagross and Malamar to go against. End of the day it's your choice but I do hope I've explained why I believe Alakazam's a very much so viable choice against Gardevoir. Besides; "If it trusts someone deeply, it will let them have one of its spoons. Anything you eat with that spoon is apparently delicious. " - Alakazam I don't see Gardevoir giving me magical good taste spoons.
  9. Alakazam hits harder, is faster but has issues with Dark types which Gardevoir does not. Personally I'd go for Zam seeing as it's power is usually more helpful from what I remember.

  11. Stealing the spotlight would be putting it lightly, in the original timeline, all of the player's accomplishments were Fern's. One could say you've stolen his life. It's sad.
  12. Aqua Tail and Iron Head tutors are already available tho, along with Dragon Claw(Or Dragon Rush and Outrage if you're feeling gutsy) and Dig(80bp is actually pretty alright, could be a lot worse), it's got good coverage and good power behind all of them, unlike Flygon which needs to set up once or twice to actually be dealing good amounts of damage comparatively. Oh and Garchomp has actual bulk.

  14. Just give Dusclops Trick Room and let it, Golem and Magneton go ham lol. Bait Darmanitan into attacking Magneton and hard switch out into sharpedo or whatever. Trick Room hard counters Charlotte, idk why any of you guys didn't think of it.

  16. Quote along with a ton of other forum features are broken currently, we're working on getting it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience! As for Sunny Day, that could work. It boosts Chandelure's fire moves too and gives additional speed control on top of trick room. Thanks!
  17. I use Trick Room, Heat Wave, Shadow Ball and whatever really. Will-o-wisp or confuse ray work I guess.

  19. Mewtwo. It's a clone and man made. If it counts as a legendary, why doesn't Silvally who holds every trait of a legendary of it's generation? Not only that but when the game itself puts it in the SAME category as the Tapu quadret and the Ultra Beasts, why shouldn't it be?

  22. @Shad_ Looks good for the most part, only changes I feel are necessary are Heat Wave > Flash Cannon on Hydreigon and Superpower or Knock off on Azumarill.
