I don't even dislike Mega Swampert, just never been too much into the line as a whole, hated Blaziken. Sceptile's always been my guy tbh.

I don't see you liking Garchomp yet, hold your horses :^) But yeah I consider Corey/Sigmund to be criminally underrated characters despite their huge impact on the story. Huge fan of Fern's archetype, character with huge potential in the coming episodes if pulled off right.

Nothing but pure hatred lies for both. Pure opposite list(Top 5 favourites); 1. Taka 2. Corey 3. Hardy / Charlotte 4. Dr. Sigmund 5. Fern Honorable mentions go out to; Blake, Elias, Sirius, Solaris, ZEL and sometimes Terra. I like basically all the Meteors aside from Lin a lot more than most of the cast. Go figure. Elias and Solaris are -just- below Fern and usually El takes the number 5 spot. She got revealed to be; A: Conveniently lying about her Amnesia, B: Knowing about Titania lying to her all along and thus essentially making the jump off the Waterfall an even bigger cry for attention, C: Been emotionally manipulating Titania the entire time, and D: Ends up trying to kill the player.

I'd still take that over Amaria any day. E17 got her near the top of my top 5 least favourite chaarcters; 1. Radomus & G. Garde 2. Lin 3. Amaria 4. Luna 5. Got no idea, don't really have any characters I truly dislike outside of these 4. Even Luna is moreso a byproduct of Radomus in combination with her irrelevancy.

To be fair her asking her not to fear is likely out of fear of her getting injured again; she's still recovering from the SUPAHPOWAH from Solaris' Tyranitar when you meet her in Episode 12/13; it's a good call to make, the last two times she went to go deal with meteors, she got restrained immediately once and almost killed both times. She's barely stronger too; for most of their Pokemon and even their ace, it's only a single level in difference.

Y'all are forgetting 1 tidbit spoken right at the start of E16; The plural is used here; "Types" not Type. This could very well mean the E4 are dual type bosses who specialize in two types, which I think is pretty likely seeing as we've beaten 18 single type bosses by that point. In turn I expect the following; Heather; Fire/Poison + Flying Elias: Fairy/Psychic/Dragon + Normal Anna: Dark/Fairy/Normal + Psychic Bennett: Grass/Ice + Bug OR Laura: Water + Grass Most of these types are based off of thematics and other types that are good on the fields they are likely to use. Poison in particular on Heather is based on her Dad; Corey and the fact that she may end up obtaining his Crobat.

Fun fact; despite using Rock types, Hardy was almost consistently top tier in the Reborn League and at several points even the 'Champion', all with just a single strat. Dope guy, shame he has a lack of screentime. Tbh I originally hated Mega Gyarados because the model looked like it just got really short and fat.... But then you see it actually animated in the anime and it turns out it's actually just the same length just bigger and with much larger fins, and it made me appreciate it a whole lot more. It being Gyarados also helps. Kinda something similar for Mega Scizor: It kinda takes away from a lot of what makes base Scizor...Scizor. But a friend of mine mentioned that it seemed like a terminator now moreso than a humanoid/reptilian insect coated in metal. Fitting, since U-Turn is one of the moves Scizor is known for... Guess... He'll be back~ Mega Metagross/Salamence/Tyranitar/Garchomp were all mistakes tho, no joke about that. 2 of them are busted beyond belief, 1 of them is outright worse, and Mega Ttar is just a boring stat upgrade and nothing else.
