I just imagined a Porygon-Z shouting out profanities and what not constantly and i think that might fit a Porygon-Z. XD(Not so much profanities but swearing and crazy shiz) -

I think it could just hijack stuff or break em like a virus or something,usefull nonetheless.(If i do indeed decide to use it,i might wanna integrate a Rivalry between Java and the Prankster Rotom)

Welp,Came out as heal....you know....Rotom could potentially have the same ability Java has of going into computers/technology....i mean. Rotom can already posses other appliances other than the 5 formes as shown by how it is enountered so it going into computers and stuff isnt too much of a stretch(Inb4 Electric Steel Rotom )

Sometimes i wonder why Cubone's all the way in the Wasteland. I mean Marowak has decent stats and unless you like mining or item hunting,you'll likely not obtain the Thick Club for a while,so wynaut put Cubone around Shelly or Kiki to not make it completely overwhelmed by the cool ground types you get right AFTER beating Aya.

Tbh Having more of a mix between the two would be cooler,Mainly because if there were a few clouds on the panorama like on there it'd be even more obvious that you're really high up.Regardless still looks good.
