Similar actually,Shade evolves at 37 and then again at 47(Because of the 7-10 level gap needed). Raiza has it the worst however. Her starter reaches its fully evolved state at a whopping 51 while Deino evolves at 64..

Changed the moveset to something less powerfull and lowered its level. Earth Power will stay however. Anyways there are only 2 that are on the cap at the moment. Sorry if it seems a bit overpowered and if needed I would change it to be given a bit later.

Mainly Land Crawler instead of a glider,The only times it'd actually use its wings would be when using Bullet Punch or the possible Air Slash/Acrobatics. Rain Dance is there to provide help for the wings since they are mainly used to regulate Scizor's body temperature(This would make Fire moves extra dangerous actually since increasing it would do even more damage)It will glide around for movement though since otherwise its pretty hard for it to attack but offensively it will usually stay on land.

I'm having trouble figuring out what the fourth Moveslot for Kusariga(Scizor). I've currently got Light Screen and either Roost,Toxic or Rain Dance/Swords Dance. Bullet Punch(Naturally since every Scizor should run this move in particular to take advantage of Technician)Bug Buzz(I've got something planned with this move in particular actually so it won't be a total waste as it is in the games)Air Slash and something else. Probably Night Slash or Superpower to put in a more physically offensive move and give some extra Coverage but if I put in Toxic in that second slot Venoshock might become a usefull option..... Also,Chim. I'd reccomend Electrode as an electric type to you. Under rain it could work as a moving lightning bolt(It is based of off Ball lightning so that wouldnt make too much of a stretch)It's also incredibly fast so it can use Light Screen and either Rain Dance or Magnet rise(To prevent its only weakness)along with Light Screen.

There's another on in Goldenleaf Cave,you can only obtain it after getting surf however.

Huh....I might just have Spiritomb in the 6th slot instead of Haunter,since Hypnosis+Nightmare works better with Spiritomb in my opinion. Gengar seems more like the life eating kind rather than bringing nightmares.
