If we can make tribute summoning good in 2017 we can make toons good as well. All it takes are a few "broken" support cards like they did with dueling links.
toons could tribute because with Toon World they can be special summoned. overall I think toons could be usefull if Konami just gave them some more support. but if nothing else they're still a fun deck you pull out somewhere and just troll with a little
